Lunch... Wendy's.. IF the baked potato machine is working now.. I will have one with broccoli on it.. and bacon salt.. and a side salad .. calories..325... if the machine is still down.. I will have left overs

I got my baked tater.. and I must say... it was awesome with the bacon salt.... I also put some on my side salad.. still eating it.. yum-O...
oh they didn't have broccoli to put on my tater.. .. its on the website.. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.. oh well.. its all good.. no its all delish!

cant forget my calories for the ranch light 80.. 2 tbsp

Hmm.. plugging in my baked tater from wendys.. and it says 280 for a 10 ox potato with chives.. chives say 0 calories of course.. but when I plu a ex large tater into ****** its 177.. weird huh.. so I am going with ******..lol..

but I am setting at 533 so far.. I need to eat sumpin

I've been saving up my calories today . . . I've been craving pizza hut pizza rolls, so I have saved up for those tonight. I'll probably be up on Monday due to the salt intake from it all, but I've REALLY been wanting some. unlesssss you talk me out of it . . .

Well, for now, I think I'll have a turkey wrap with some swiss cow with some vegi juice . . . then some popcorn . . . I'll still need 200 cals after all that, but I'll have something late . . . the turkey wrap is going to fill me up GREATLY! Always does.

sounds good.. .. my burritos were pretty tasty as well.. and CHRIs liked them.. I was hoping he would.. but I read my morning star stuff a and it was made out of veggies.. and you know how he is a burger kinda guy..lol.. so SCOR one for Hungry girl!!

So far , everything that I have made.. the fam has liked.... good thing!!.. nice to be able to cook for everyone and not just me and different for them.. ya know?

anyway.. Kayden wants to look up Lego stuff on here.. I told him IF he brought his math up to at least a C.. I would get him something.. hope it works ..

A movie called Keith... it was ok.. about a teen who is going to die from cancer but didn't want any of the kids at school to know about it.. so he was kind of an out cast.. then he has his Chem teacher partner him up with the popular girl.. well.. she falls for him.. but it takes a while.. she has her life all planned out.. College "Duke" and wants to be a big time Editor .. but things change when she falls for Keith.. his intention were to make her loose her "perfect " life.. and it worked.. but he fell for her as well..

it was ok.. but nothing I would watch again..lol..

after the movie.. I put on the mp3 and did some floor exercises with the ball.. .. 50 over the head then 50 straight up.. from laying down.. then did my legs.. lets see.. on and off low carbing from July to Feb.(5.5 months) I lost 17.4 pounds and in 66 days.. (2 months) I have lost 25.3.... not too shabby.... Can't wait to see what I do in this last month of the challenge .. now matter who wins... I just wanna lose weight.. and get healthy.. and if D wins the pot... I will still feel like a winner !!

have you found your pedometer? I sure would recommend that you get in the habit of wearing it. It really does help increase your exercise when you see how many steps you are taking a day.

I now I will be always moving.. doing the things I can't now.. we will just have to plan on doing things together.. gym.. walks.. runs?? I would love to do aerobics again.. .. or a dance class.. .. I will not get down!

Good for you on keeping moving! I know the feeling... once I started, I've just wanted to keep on keepin' on! DH is used to me trying to get out of exercise, and all of a sudden I'm just always on the move and I think he's actually getting tired of it!
