1 pound up from yesterday...might have something to do with the MOUNTAIN of hwc I put on top of some frozen razzberries last night. Just sayin...

Anyway....dh and I are going on a ride tomorrow...gotta find a motel ....and we'll be coming back on monday night. Hard to pack a scale with you ..now then...he'd think I had truly lost it...

B - very LARGE cup of coffee (decaf) with 2 T (AND I ACTUALLY MEASURED) hwc
L - 1 serving P2 chili with cheese and sour cream
Snack - 6 small olives and 3 or 4 (can't remember) lg jap stuffed olives
S - 2 perch fillets, probly somewhere around 12 oz. I seasoned the top of these with McCormicks garlic and herb, dotted them with butter, and put under the broiler for almost 9 min. Also, a small salad - about 1 C lettuce, 1 small radish sliced on top, less than 1/4 stalk of celery, a TINY bit of sliced onion, and about .5 oz of chedder cheese, with about 2 T of sliced almonds. 2 T of Maries topped it all.

Dessert was this - I split this with dh (who thought it was excellent) I peeled and sliced 2 apples and shook them in abag with 3 pacs of splenda and 1T cinnamon. Cooked in the micro for 4-5 min. It took that long to soften them enough. Dh got about 2/3 of them in a bowl and I got the rest. I topped them with hwc (all beaten up with 1 t almond extract and some splenda). Then on top of the whipped cream, I spooned some razberries (defrosted frozen ones) that I had also sprinkled some spenda into.

It felt so sinfull eating this that I went to the basement afterward and rode 30 min on my ex. bike.

well....my sinfull caught up with me this morning...212.5. That makes it .5 above leeway.

AND... the radar shows a HUGE storm cell this morning. I CANNOT CATCH A BREAK. I guess I'd better pack the rain gear.

I HAD A GREAT TIME111

We left yesterday morning about 6:30 am. There was a HUGE storm cell coming our way...And we thought we would'nt be leaving afterall...But we changed our destination. We actually had to ride 175 miles befor we saw any sunshine!!! The reast of the day was excellent. It rained during the night starting about 10:00. I could here the thunder in the motel room. I was just glad I was'nt riding in it. I've done that a few times....it really sucks!!

I did keep track of all my eating. Did that on my cell phone.
Sunday B - 3/16 of a cantalope befor we left the house
S - a 12oz ribeye, letuce salad w/tomatoe,red onion,some carrot,and blue cheese dressing. A side dish of veges which was summer squash and green beans
Snack at the motel - 1.5 bags of frito lay mixed nuts and some bbq pork rinds
a lot of tea and water

Monday B - was at perkins. I had a farmer omelette which was 3? eggs and bacon, sausage, green oepper, onions, and cheese. Also I ordered 4 sausage links. I subbed fruit for the toast/muffin. The fruit looked like about 2/3 cup. It was cantelope, honeydew, and grapes. This was about 6:30 AM
S - at home about 7:00. 2 servings P2 chili with chedder cheese and sour cream. A pak of frito lay mixed nuts and a whole grapefruit



I am beat...we did 505 miles. It's good to sleep in my own bed tonight.
Can't wait to weigh in, in the morning. Wonder how I did.

After numerous READINGS on the scale today...I decided to change the battery in my scale.
I am settling for 211.5. I really liked the 210 reading and the 213 just made me . SO.....211.5 came up 3 times in a row, so that's what we are going with.

Calling for big storms tonight. Of course they are...we are supposed to start volley ball tonight. We'll see whether they will be playing in the rain or not.

I feel like I have been eating all day. so...lets see...
B- 1 whole grapefruit
L - taco salad made out of 2 c lettuce, bout 1T tomatoes, 2oz grated cheese, 1c taco meat, 2 T chopped japs, 4 T sour cream, salsa
S - slices of beef summer sauge with spinach/artichoke cream cheese spread on top, 6 slices of american cheese made into crackers by microwaving them

wow...thats a lot of cheese today. i am an addict.

this morning was 211.5

I feel like this thing is really working. I am stabilizing pretty well. The 1st 2 days i dropped below the 210 mark. But i can see why, with the cal. allowance still in effect. But since then, I have been in the 2 pound up allowance consistantly. well...except for that one little 1/2 pound slip up. but...I took care of that immediately.

we got the 1st night of volley ball in COMPLETE!! there was heavy rain ALL AROUND the area......EXCEPT ON US !!! Just a FEW SCATTERED light sprinkles.
The teams want to look like they HATE playing in the rain....but once we get them on the courts....they have a BLAST!!!
This is another record breaking year for the number of teams. Last year we had 132 teams that run mon - fri. This year we have 150.

I tell dh...be careful what you wish for. It has always been our goal that the EVENTS come to us...rather than we purue/organize/create/run all the weelend things. We have our hands full just with the volleyball program.

Well...this year...dang near every weekend is booked with something. So....once again...we have no time to ourselves. Most bar owners get to "get away" in the summer monthes. Not us. I guess we just have to trailer the bikes and find someplace to go in the cool monthes here. Its not winter EVERYWHERE!!!

geeeeshhhh!!! It's a good thing we started in feb. getting ready for the summer volleyball program. I cannot imagine my stress level if we had not have done that!!
I've been running all over town today just picking up odds and ends...like magnet/clips. walmart USED to have the best buy....4 in a pak for about a 1.50. now they feel the need to have a NEW DESIGNER SERIES. WTH!!!! my staff can lose a $1 magnet just as fast as they can lose a .40 one.
I got lucky at my 2nd walmart and found a bunch of old ones.....

got the bank statement in the mail today....so, it's either get back to work a little earlier than I wanted to and get started on that, or go in a little earlier in the morning to do it.

More chicken for supper tonight....6 oz. sauted in butter and franks chili & lime, with maries to dip it in. A P2 serving of cauliflower, but with 1T of butter on top. YUM! And a couple slices of chedder. probly about 1-2 oz's.

WTH!!! If stress/drama could be measured in $$$$...I'd be one rich SOB!!!!
I can't believe the girls that absolutely CANNOT survive without DRAMA. The boys that work for us....not a word said about ANYTHING!!! They do their jobs, and thats it. BUT THE GIRLS.....I am at an absolute loss.

Have not seen that since starting P3. I hope it sticks around for a day

Boy...we had some storms move thru last night. I left the bar about 9...9:15. We had 1 volleyball set left to start at 9:30. The skies looked ...ok...then. I looked at the computer about 10...and could NOT BELIEVE it was not raining outside yet. The cel was RIGHT ON TOP of us, and past us, and all around us..,etc,etc,etc...

At 10:20.....the sky opened up and the fury began!!! It usually takes approx 45 min to play 3 games of vball...and thats if they get STARTED on time!! They probly got PRETTY SOAKED that last game!!! I'll bet it was a hootin good time!!!

this weekend we have a rally at the bar. It's the 1st time this group has ever had one. the interesting thing is...this group has chapters/clubs NATIONWIDE. And NATIONWIDE...across the country...this weekend they are having these rallies. So...all at the same time...it's a PARTY. I hope this GROWS and is SUCCESSFULL as a whole for the organization. Nice to be on the ground floor of something new.

B - coffee w/cream, 2 cups
L - 2 4 oz boneless skinless chk breasts, 1 slice pepper jack chees, 2 strips bacon, 2 T chipotle mayo. yes...it was my version od KFC'S grilled double down.....and it was life altering.
S - about 10oz of more boneliss skinless chicken breast, sauted in 2T butter, and franks chili & lime, 2oz chedder cheese, and blue cheese dressing
D - 1 apple, chopped, w/1 pak splenda and cinnamon, microed, with hwc, all beatev up w/vanilla splenda.

Been kinda craving some kind of "pie" thing. this is pretty dang close...and pretty dang good!!!

well i need to go in a little early this morning. i have to cook about 20 pounds of loose meat. i want to get it done befor the kitchen turns into an oven

B - 3 scrambled eggs with 1/2 c cooked crumbled sausage and 3 slices american cheese. coffee w/cream
L - 2/3 c taco meat, 1/2c grated cheese, a few sliced japs, 1/2c lettuce,salsa,4T sour cream
S - 2 huge bowls sliced,mashed strawberries w/hwc on both bowls

I bought a new magic bullet a few months ago and I just got it out of the box. it whipped up the hwc in no time flat. i think i'm gonna like this gadget.

Had a great ride with dh today....over 200 miles, close to 250.

Dh just had to go back over to the bar...I have a bunch of "people" that come to play vball on sundays. My bartender called to say they are buying redbull and goint to their cars befor going back to the courts. That means they have their own bottles. THE NERVE OF SOME PEOPLE!!! The sh$$ is gonna fly now!!!

B - lots of water, tea, and coffee
L - a hanfull of smoked almonds and 1/3 bag bbq pork skins
S - the rest of the pork skins, the rest of the bag of almonds,cucumber slices, zuchinni strips, cream cheese and salsa nuked in the micro wave to use as a dip.
Definately NOT the most nutritious of menus today...bit HEY!! what can you do...it was what I ws hungry for. I do not do this often LOL
Oh yeah....I forgot to mention the strawberries I polished off. Out of hwc. DAM!!!

I managed to get home today bout 1:00...after stopping at the dollar store for laundry supplies.

B - zip.....
L -late...egg drop soup
S - sliced cukes and zuchinni with cream cheese/salsa dip. a hanful of stale bbq pork rinds.

it's only 6:25...but I am going to bed. dh does not feel well either. great....not good when both of us go down...

Yeah! this morning I was 208.5....and I feel a whole lot better this morning.

I am going to put off loading till this weekend. It will just seem to work out better till then. I am home more on the weekend. I really do not want everyone to see me do all thie eating...is that right? I feel like I will be binging...and in a way I will be.

Having all kinds of "attacks" today. weird fluttery feelings. tad bit of dizziness. Stess? Anxiety?

209 this morning. I am gonna wait till this weekend to do 2 days of loading, dh's birthday is tomorrow...we have nothing special planned, maybe this weeekend we will do something. lots of rain in the forcast tho.

so much drama at work....they are driving me to new levels of stress.

209.5 this morning.
i whipped together some high fat items for snacking this weekend. i will start loading on saturday.
i made lc candied nuts this AM. and some cheeseball snacky thing. cream cheese, peanut butter, splenda, cinnamon. the original recipee said to roll in some unsweetened coconut. i dint have any, so i used some crushed walnuts instead. that's ok....i wanted the higher fat anyway.
i have them in the freezer now...i just hope i can stay away from them till saturday!!
dh's birthday today...chicken lady has a recipee that i made one other time. chocolate cake. gonna make this, this afternoon. he loved it the last time i mde it.
