This mornings scale was 159 even. I put on a new pair of jeans that dh bought me. He bought me about 5 pairs last septmber. All of them the same size. Some I could squeeze into, others , no way. AND they were ALL the same size. 32 X 32's , with a few 34 lengths thrown in for riding. I could wear most of them....but today I could wear ALL of them. I guess things are finally SHIFTING....

157.8 this morning. Today is the beginning of day # 58 on this round. I think I will go till the morning of day #60. That should land me right around 154 -155. That is really where I would like to stabilize at.

This week I will make an appointment for my hair. The last time I went in was the first time that I have ever had a professional color done. The highlights...the lowlights...AND I LOVED IT !!! DH wants a lot more auburn tho. SO....that will be the base color with some brown low lights. HOPEFULLY.

Got a lot of work done yesterday....cleaning and such. The entire basement. Now...just have to put up the bsement Christmas tree. We put up the main tree the other day. That was fun. We talked about taking trips the whole time we were doing it.

well...it's time to move on. I am calling it a round. This mornings weight was 158.4. The same it was yesterday. I can TRULY live with that. I am very comfortable where I am at right now......BESIDES....I want me some cheese....

I knew last night when I indulged in TACO PIZZA...that today would be a steak day..

And I was right....

Oh well...It Has To Be. And I so LOVE steak anyway.

The pizza was very good. I picked it up at the local Caseys. It was the special...11.99 for a large pizza. And of course, we could'nt even begin to eat it all. Dh hd 2 slices for breakfast this morning. I've had enough so I hope he finishes it off for lunch later.

He's pretty excited today.....he might get to fire up his new snowblowers today. we got a HUGE one for the bar and a smaller one for the house. NOT that we want snow....but he loves toys.

I have to do ANOTHER steak day today. I missed it by .2 pounds !!! Oh well....I.LOVE.STEAK.....so, here it goes again.

well...close to dinner time. I will have 2 8oz flat iron steaks and a braeburn apple.

Man...does my foot hurt. I "stubbed" my toes yesterday morning down in the basement. The TOP of my foot...just below my toes is all bruised. I can't put on my shoe. I wore snowboots over to the bar today (killed me) and took some slip on casual slipper things with me. I'll have to do the same thing tomorrow.


Steak for me...baby backs for dh. When we portion out the ribs at work...after smoking up a load...dh gets to eat the ones that do not have good plate presentation. It's a bad job...but somebody has to do it.

I seem to be having a bit of trouble this time around. No worries....I am NIPPING IT IN THE BUD !!!!

We close the bar on Cristmas Eve at 6:00 pm. We close during the day on Christmas Day. I would stay closed if it was me....but I usually have STAFF that wants to open for the night shift. I guess the TIPS are REALLY GOOD for them. So, we open at 4:00 in the afternoon on Christmas Day.

I have maintained my weight loss and am planning on going into another round in January.

WELL......I went a little crazy. It's been A LONG time since I have made a conscience decision to eat what I wanted, when I wanted, and how much I wanted.
Needless to say...I overdid it.

This morning I was still 6 pounds out of leeway. I am working on it.

I hav'nt been posting the last few days....I fly out of the house every morning. But, I checked in tonight. I will try to check in at least every other day.....(problems at work, staff related).

Hey Jan, hope your staffing problems get better! I have started a new round however, I seem to be more roguish in this one. Just can't get past the low calorie thing, so I am eating a little more protein and fat hoping that will help this. How you doing?

The holidays seem to have put 12 pounds on me......


I am back on the juice and had a pretty good time loading...


Staff problems are still running rampant.....if someone gets sick, it's like a GREEN LIGHT for EVERYONE to "get it". I think it's all hogwash. I'm around EVERY ONE OF THEM....and I still have not "got it".

I found a REALLY GOOD recipee for Fire Roasted Tomato Soup. Pretty tasty....I posted it over on the hcg thread. P2 friendly....try it out.

Hey Jan 12 pounds is nothing to you! The way you can lose amazes me.
I am on a plateau of some sorts, am waiting it through as I am concentrating on waiting for my grandson's birth - my first grandchild!
Hey I was sick twice since the beginning of December and I still don't know how I got these colds. I blame my husband LOL.
