Yeah yeah! I'm back! It has been so hard trying to get back on track. Since starting on this site I have lost jobs, lost loved ones, and almost lost my sanity (just kidding but this has been a tough year).

Anyway, I decided to start a new journal so that I can "begin again" so to speak. I'm just going to take it one day at a time...

Okay! We are heading into the holidays which means food temptations everywhere. I am not even going to front and act like I am going to be good over these next few days. I will do my confessions on Monday as I plan to get back on track!

Okay it's Monday and I am getting back on track. Didn't eat too bad and manage to lose the 2 lbs that I gained (it's a miracle!) so I am ahead of the game!

Thinking about doing LC with LF for a few days to see how that goes. My sister's doctor gave her a diet plan that is basically that so I am going to follow it and see how it goes. I will give an update on Friday.

I keep forgetting I have a new journal LOL! I guess I can post in all of them from time to time.

Yesterday was pretty good dispite the candy cane slip. Today my plan is to drink more water. I had an EAS Carb Control shake earlier this morning and now I am drinking my addiction (Coffee :o). I do plan to give it up eventually but you gotta crawl before you walk right? LOL!

Okay so I woke up late today and did have time to pack my lunch. I ended up going to one of my old CL fav quick meals, Bojangles. I got the buffalo bites with green beens as a side and a diet pepsi. Meal is about 155 calories, 10 carbs, and 2 grams of fiber. Since I had the shake for breakfast that makes a grand total of 10 net carbs for today (or 12 total carbs). Not bad and my calories are really low so I will be able to enjoy my steak tonight with my onions, peppers, and mushrooms without any risk.

I have great news - I've already lost 2 lbs since I rededicated myself back to LC on Monday. That means that I'm on the right track :D.

Tried the Fiery Grilled Wings at KFC and they were the bomb! Will be getting those on the regular. Ordered some for lunch with a side salad and they were great! About to have some more for dinner with a larger salad.

Yesterday's Menu
Breakfast - EAS Strawberry Shake
Lunch - Beef and Broccoli/Chicken and Zucchini (Chinese)
Dinner - Stir-fried cabbage with a little left over beef soup. (wasn't real hungry)

Today's Menu
Breakfast - 2 Cream cheese Muffins
Lunch - Fiery Grilled wings and side salad
Dinner - Same as above ;)

Okay so it's been one full week of eating LC and I am down 5 lbs! :clap: :clap: :clap:

Now all I have to do is incorporate exercise back into my program. That's when the real magic happens! ;) I'm on the right track now. So far, so GOOD! :kicking:

Down on more lb! I haven't been counting carbs or anything, just sticking to chicken, steak, fish, salads, steamed veggies, eggs, and the random cream cheese muffin. Haven't been 100% but doing good and not starving so I'm good. Probably would be at 10 lbs instead of 6 lbs if I had been strick but I think my current way of doing things is keeping me on track better.

Next week I plan to kick it up a notch. Gotta get right for this reunion at the end of the summer...maybe I need to do a self challenge hmmmmmmmmmmm.

Yay!!! Go me, go me! I am so proud of myself for reaching my mini goal of 10 lbs for January. Only 16 more to go to meet my birthday goal of 25 by 25. Okay so I'm not quite 25 but it sounded good! :D

Major set back put me ahead!
 
Had gall bladder surgery last week! Was in so much pain it thought I was having a baby LOL! The good thing is I am doing much better and the great thing is I am down 8 lbs! :clap: Now I just have to keep the momentum going. :cool:
