I'M A LITTLE BIT OBSESSED....
For what ever reason this website feels like home to me. I frequent other fitness boards, track my calories on SP and am even in a couple challenges there - but I STILL see this site as my home base. I have lurked these boards for...wow maybe 5 or 6 years now. I see some familiar people from when I first started my fitness journey and they feel like extended family to me.
Ok, so I guess I am a little bit obsessed...with diet and fitness. I don't think so but I know my boyfriend does! It's all good though. The body is my passion. How it looks, what it feels like to be in it, how to feed it, what it is capable of, I love it! It is the center point through which I experience my world and I am hopelessly obsessed and in love with it. I am not talking vanity, just general infatuation.I am using this journal to track my activities and keep progress. Beginning stats: 27yrs old 5'1/2inch (yes it counts!) 117lbs 22%BF Waist measurement: 27.5inches Upper thigh measurement: 20.5inches I plan on taking more measurements then this. These are the two quick ones I do every week, whether I weigh in or not. If either of these goes up, I know I need to reel it in somewhere. Goals for my self: Body Related Weigh 107lbs 15-17% BF Release 1.5 inches on both of the above measurements Activity goals: Learn to maintain while exercising 4x's a week (this is after reaching goal) Kundalini Yoga 3x's a week (not included in exercise to maintain) Tantra practice 2x's a week (not included in exercise to maintain) Bike/walk to work 5 DAYS A WEEK Nutrition Goals: 80% raw food (not vegan) Fast (ESE style) twice a week 100% organic food Wildcraft 20% of my vegetables Other Goals: Start some kind of fitness site Some kind of exercise instructor certification within next 6 months Coreograph my own cardio and strength routine to two different songs Ahhhh. There we go. It feels good to get it out. I like having it all written down here in this place where I can look at it everyday and check on how I am doing. I am going to log daily my cals, nutrient breakdown, water, exercise, daily deficit and general outlook. I will weigh in once a week, unless it drives me nuts. So the day is not over yet, I am actually still at work sneaking this post in. I kept thinking about how I wanted to start this journal up, but not having the time to do the introductory post over the last week or so. I figured I could just do it NOW and get on with it.
