Lose, gain, lose, maintain, gain. This is my story!

Thankfully I've never gained back to my highest weight (about 200 lbs), but here I am at 165, the weight my warning bells start going off because I'm in a size 12 and totally unhappy with how I look.

I'm going to use this journal to keep record of what I eat, when I exercise and my daily weight. And hopefully to chat with some people too!

Exercise- circuit weight training class. 40 minutes.
Bfast: 1 cup of cottage cheese with a roma tomato, coffee with 1/2 and 1/2
Lunch: Big romaine salad with turkey, FF italian dressing, cucs, tomato, carrots.
Dinner: Chicken Thighs roasted in oven with bell peppers, red onion, carrots, garlic.
Snack- turkey rolled in lettuce leaves with mustard

10/30: 165.0
