Envisioning Thin
Well after some thought I started thinking I should start over instead of joing my old journal. Becuase I am gaining new knowledge and wisdom from new things and I want this to be a quest a mission so to speak to make me the person I envision.
Started back on low carb Atkins on Oct 19th at 201 and still weigh same. But my pants are much looser and no muffin top!! I am going to use this journal to use as a study in a way to watch reactions of food and so forth to see what does me good or bad. Hopefully, Ill learn myself and help others.

Well went home sick from work yesterday. Didnt eat lunch as planned. Finally stomached some dinner.
Today I am back on track. Gotta work this and not give in. |

Today a better day. Energy level good. Slept good. So far so good for the day!!
Stupid TOM is early but that is ok cause I dropped 2 lbs Yippee but not caliming it till later. Upping my fats and last ngiht I had this amazing discovery.... I feel my pelvic bones now!! Im getting the indents in my stomach and I have almost no arpon. So I know whether scale moving I am losing. That is what its all about!! I called my boyfriend crying,, ( probably cause of stupid hormones too) but I said honey my belly not in my way no more of me laying down watching tv. That is a moment for me!! |

Starting my exercise phase. Not sure about the program I am about to embark on but I will give it a try. I mean 90 days of intense training should be doable to me just have to get the mindset. Adding a few more carbs ( shooting for 50) cause no way I can do intense cardio and weights on 20 carbs cause I know my body.

Kenpo today. Man I am aching but feels good. I was out of breath but Ill get the moves soon and kick kenpos butt!!

Have a slight cold but had some chicken broth and feeling a tad better. Wills till work out to keep me on track unless body tells me otherwise. Enjoying the sweating and feel of working out again.

Eating is good, laid off the exercise a day to get my cold over and back to grindstone tonight... I miss it

Omg what a glorifying moment tonight. My daughters jeans were ready to be washed and being the goober I am I thought I wonder if I have lost anything inch wise. She wears a 7 jrs well I put them on and only lack like 2 inches and they would button perfectly!!! I was sooo excited! I have some more toning before id ever wear them even if they buttoned but what a WOW moment!!!
