oh boy forgot to measure...you just reminded me...speaking of it....where did I last put it..lmao! tisk..tisk.

Friday mornings weight was still at 204. I think dinner from the previous nite was a bit on the processed side and salty. So I didnt lose....I also felt a bit swollen in the fingers. all Friday was water water water water........and greentea sso .....I did visit the bathroom alot. I also took a 45 minute walk. I should do measurements later today. Still up drinking coffee although its late and I shouldnt be ....It just sounded good..rather then snacking. So I guess if it keeps me up another 1hr or so....its worth it. Tom is on its way..feeling signs of it too so that could be another reason of the scale not moving.

Latte..do you have children? do you work? sorry if those are personal. I am a stay at home mom. I havent worked in 3 yrs. It has been nice being home with the kids and actually having time for them. Especially being able to enjoy my pregnancy and being by the lil ones side since birth. Although I do get the itch to work. I will go back once she goes to preschool in another year. Shesh how time flys.

So..my mom just recently moved to a new house. I went over there tonight to pick up some things that she was giving to me and to show my hun her new place. So I was in her room and looking at her clothes in her closet and saw a blouse she had bought in may. Shes lost about 45lbs in the last 2yrs and has now adapted a modified type LC meal plan for herself and lost about another 10lbs in 2mons. Good for her. So.....I pulled this top and was like oh yah you bought this awhile back! Shes like you can have it its too big on me now. I looked at the tags and it said 14/16. A blouse from sears. Really cute. I went and tried it on and it FIT!!!! I have never been able to wear a 14/16 top. Maybe and XXL or 2x or a 18,20,22. but 14/16....omigosh. Im so excited. So then she had a XL side zip skirt no stretch.....I put it on and zipped it right up........this is awesome. This is nice. WOOOOHOOO For me!

Ketosis energy had me up late last night! However I am up a lb today @ 205. ITs ok I know its pretom, hopefully. I have been completley OP so I know its from nothing Ive done wrong. Still way motivated after being able to fit in the 14/16 top. That was awesome. ....I know for sure I will be in Onederland by the end of the month or sooner. I cant wait.

Today's weight was at 203.8. Ohs well....it will come down again after TOM gets goin. If it wasnt for TOM this week...Im pretty sure I could of got to Onederland by friday....but this will be a stall week for me I can tell. If I get close to it I will be amazed.

I finally bought some EVCO today. The Nutiva brand. I put about 1/2 tsp of it in my coffee and it tastes heavenly. Im going to pick up some carbquick and almond flour and some more SF syrups on thursday when I can get over to the nurtitional store across town.

Todays menu:

Eggcream shake

coffee

1 chix thigh

Dinner

Chix thighs and salad

coffee

water water water water

I induldged in half a Haas Avo. today for snack. A bit of salt and pepper.....yummm yummmm! it was 3net carbs...I think .lol. But it was good. Sipping on some coffee w/ 1/2 tsp of coconut oil in it. Tastes heavenly. Don't know what Im doing for dinner yet.... but I guess I should figure that out right about now. Be back later!

My scale is not working right since yesterday. I dont know what happened. It says I weighed 196.6, 198.0,209. So somethings definately wrong with it. Im scared that what it weighed me at yesterday morning maybe wrong too. Im gonna get a new one later tonight. I hope that my weights were accurate and the darn thing wasnt weighing me wrong. IM nervouse now about it. I still feel smaller. We will see.

Darn scale! I'm sure the 201 was correct because it's in the same pattern as your loss has been recently. Is your scale on a different type of flooring than usual?

No...same flooring. My mom was here last night and asked to use the scale and it was giving here all kinds of different numbers. It even said she was 62lbs. Oh boy! lol. So I was just telling my hun about it so we are going to go get a new one in a bit. I cant be without a scale. at least not too long. lmao. I didnt weigh today cause of the way off fluctuations last nite. I really do hope that the weight I was at yesterday morning was correct. TOM is here finally so I know my scales going to bounce a bit for a few days. next week should give me a sound weight.

Oh yes...Im so proud of you on your loss!! You did excellent!

I went and got a new scale. Its the ones that do body fat, bmi and bone density(weight) and body water. Pretty nifty!! So of course I jumped on after I ate dinner..lol. and reading what I had wrote about my bmi and body fat on 11/12 I think? my readings were 52% body fat and BMI was 32. So now my readings are: Body Fat 38.7%, BMI 30.8(almost close to being JUST overwieght not obese anymore) , my bones weigh 6.2lbs(wierd to find that out

) and I am 44.7% water. All this is cool and

weird at the same time lol!!!

So yah...that is my excitement for the night...lmao!!!!

So I lost my measuring tape...>Cant find it anywhere..so I cant do measurements. I finally made it to ONEDERLAND!!!! Im Super Happy!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOHOOOO ....So 199.4.......Kinda borederline 200 still but I'll take it!!!
