Hi Liv - You might not remember me but I was on here a while back around 2009. We became LCF friends and you were still on my friend list!

I tried LC and gave up. I'm back again and on the HCG and really want to make LC a lifestyle change for myself. Since traditional methods of diet/exercise aren't working for me. I have been counting calories and on a low fat diet from Jan-June and lost about 18 pounds. I worked out like crazy though. After vacation I got lazy and gained back 12 of them. I gain weight so easily.

Some ladies at work were talking about the HCG and I dediced to join them in the journey. When I found out it was LC I was worried but reading through all of the threads and realizing I can make sf desserts and stuff of the like I think I can do it. I'm on day 12 and have lost 13 pounds. After this 21 days I'll be able to move to a bit more of a regular LC plan.

Anyway, glad to see you're still here and keeping up the good LC work! LC is sometimes socially challenged but we can do it! I'll be checking in on you! Can't wait to be able to eat eggs, sour cream, cheeses, butter again!!!

Hi ladies!!!!! Just a quick stop in........

Things have improved drastically for me lately.....

I have a great job now.......and a new car!!!! I have been really appreciative with how my life is improving for the better right now.

I have been lc'ng for the last few weeks...but i have yet to lose much. i keep floating between 257-262. right now im holding at 260.........tom should be on the way in so i may be lower.

anyways still trying to stick to what i know works best for me although i wish it would melt off the way it did before. I am thinking of stopping into the diet dr's office to get some phentermine. It really helps me lose weight and keeps my hunger in check, although with working now, i really dont have much of an appetite and not eating that much but i guess maybe i just need metabolism boost.

well i'll be checking in soon.....i hope everyones having a great week!

Ok, so checking in.......I ended up going to the diet dr yesterday and got my rx for phentermine. The nurse weighed me in @ 263.4 and then went to my chart and said " ohhhhhh, you havent been here for awhile"!!! lmao........yah NURSE I've gained 60lbs THANX!!! lol....hahaha that's how i took that statement.....


anyways, i work graveyard at my job so its been wierd keeping a schedule. I work 12am to 8:30am , get home about 9am then fall asleep til maybe 12 or stay up. Then sleep again at 4 til 10:30p to get ready. I dont really eat at work.....and then by the time i get off im not hungry just sleepy so i go to sleep. then between 1-3 I eat my breakfast , lunch and dinner. 1 meal, thats it. I know that is not going to help with me losing weight, I need to eat at least 3meals. This schedule has really thrown me off bigtime. I work for an answering service now and choices for schedules is really not up to me.

Anyways yesterday I ate some roasted chicken and a salad for lunch around noon. Then around 630pm i scalped 1 slice of pizza and ate 3 wings and then napped from 7 to 10:30. I didnt get much rest yesterday cause i was out trying to do some shopping for xmas.


Anyways I just wanted to stop in and jot down my day. talk to you all later!

What is your plan? I can help brainstorm ideas or menus or whatever Something that I think has worked in the past is accountability and posting in here with updates. I know you can do this!!!!!

ok here for a better update.


I am Low carbing, I have been faithfully for about the last month and half and my wieght would fluxuate up and down. I never could get lower then 259/260. Since getting back on the meds, I have had near no appetite of course, so I am making myself eat small things here and there.

I'm staying back at my moms house right now and try to prepare as easy as I can meals for myself. Salads, veggies and such. I have kinda steered away from eggs lately and cheese. More beef and shrimp and fish. Kinda on a new kick. lol.....I do love making Buffalo chicken strips coated in the pork skins and dipped in Franks Red Hot sauce. I made those for dinner last friday....Yum!

I'm trying to figure what to have for dinner today. I've been off of work since 8:30am but am not tired yet. Having to adjust to the night time schedule is crazy and then having added the meds back in right before I got to work is going to take some adjusting and getting use to.

Well I will weigh myself after I wake later or before I go to work and report in. Although Im not real crazy about weighing myself daily anymore. lol.....The Scale and I are not great friends right now...lol.

I hope everyone is doing well......Hi to anyone who has stopped by to read my page!!

well still OP.......not eating all lowcarb at times...but still losing. Works getting a lil crazy...
tons of catty females who's lives seem to revolve around drama. Im glad i work
overnights to stay away from it as much as possible but some how i am bieng talked
about behind my back by more then a few. Eghhhh......it is what it is.....some people are jut
miserable and feel the need to bring others down to make themselves feel better.

oh well to each their own......

Well weighed yesterday and im down to 229. yippie........Ok well just stopping in real quick.....
