k...posted 2 days ago at about 259......today I am 255.6 So this is nice......

Im sick today.....slight cold, It could be worse im sure.

Yes still dosing and eating rogue. I basically go by my bodies want to eat. If Im not hungry I dont eat when I am I do......easy peasy. I find that when I force myself to eat 3x a day it usually throws me off some how. Keeping as much bad junk out of my line of fire and Ive noticed my mom is not buying as much junk as well. Drinking my coffee 2 somtimes 3x a day with my usual HWC and stevia. Eating rogue makes things easier for me.

Barbara....how are you doing??? Sorry I didnt check in for awhile....life got busy. I hope all is well for you!

Hello Olivia, Very nice on the 4.5lb loss, you should be so proud that your way is working even when you slip alittle

I'm doing ok...kinda fell off the wagon again. back up to 175...My hubby had back surgery and it has been a free for all since Feb 10th. I have to get out of this funk and finish what I started. The wine has done me in this week but I am not buying anymore so that should help. I'm just irritated with myself knowing that I have gained 16lbs since last summers low and I am not motivated to take it off. I was 7 lbs away from goal and let myself go back to my old ways....Anywho gotta get my head straight cause the weekend is coming and thats when I mess up the most...Ur doing really well and before you know it you will be in onderland....Keep doing what your doing!!!! Have a wonderful day

Hi Barbara....

You will get back to the game plan. When things settle with whats going on around you it will be easier for you to focus. Don't let this get to you....you still have done an awesome job so far! Keep your head up and go day by day.

quick fly by.....

Stayed OP all last week while sick....no loses Im assuming due to me being sick. On sunday I ate a crap load of chocolate.....for no reason but because I already ate some and my head said eat some more. Monday I felt icky...and I havnet weighed yet. ......

Aside from that choco fall, I have been utterly OP since......I will weight in tomorrow...

Good morning Oliva, I don't think one day of slip up will hurt you, you have been on plan all week so I wouldn't worry about it besides chocolate is "GOOD" for you...LOL

I have been doing good all week, back down to 168 this morning so that is good. I seem to be stabilizing at this weight. Its like my body likes it or something, not to mention my head not in the game. At least I am not gaining anymore. Are you still doing the pellets or are you just doing induction. I stopped the drops because they didn't seem to be working that well w/ induction foods. I also think my weight gain is from quiting smoking at the begining of Jan. I'm not going to complain about 10 lbs though because the last time I quit I went on a 7 year binge and gained 80 lbs so I am determined to not let that happen again. Hope your weigh in goes well today just remember to stay positive!!!! Have a great day

Hi Guys!!!!

Well.....stopped dosing with those pellets back in late feb. or so. Didnt think they were making much of a difference. After I stopped i lost another 3lbs. As of this moment im still holding at 255. No difference I also am not doing much as in LC.

We finally found a place to call home. After 10 mons of pure torture and bieng displaced, we were blessed to finally find a place and for someone to take the effort an work with our past. Its almost too good to be true. We moved in on the 8th and I am extremely grateful and happy to been given this wonderful opportunity. I would never wish what we have been through this last year on anyone. It was a learning lesson and made us 1000% stronger.

Now that I can take the time and focus on me again, I will go full swing into what truely helps me lose wieght. LC........

I have to go shopping and stock up on my needs. I will be posting more often.......

Ive missed all of my LC family!!!

olivia!!!! So glad you are doing better...life thorws us curve balls sometimes and it only makes us stronger... I'm glad you're back. I stopped the drops as well. Lost 15 and gained it back so just doing low carb now. trying to stay motivated so we will see. I am up to 171 but been stabalizing there with no effort so all is good...I am sooo glad you found a place so your family can be together. Now that that stress is over (Thank Goodnesss) you can focus again on yourself... I am so happy for you. Stress does a number on ur body...Just focus on getting back on track and you will be a fat burning machine in NO time. I will be your cheer leader. You know what to do...Low Carb really works as you know. Just do what you know works....take care. I have been praying for you and your family...You CAN DO THIS...

Hi Olivia! Maybe we can start over together ... I tried to restart for the last 2 months and it has not been great. Stress has taken over my life the last year too and just when I thought I was done with it -- it has reared its ugly head once again. Regardless, after a weekend of binging I can honestly say it didn't make me feel any better -- but did but 4-5 pounds back on the scale ... I have missed you!!!
