Hi Olivia, It has been a hectick few days. I have been gaining and losing the same pound since last Thursday but in all honesty I haven't been following the program the way I should. We had a couple of police officers killed in the line on duty last Thursday while executing a homicide warrant and they were freinds of my family...so very sad because both officers had young boys ages 9-15...It was real sad so I wasn't paying too much attention to dieting. The drops do keep me from being hungry and I have been still doing low carb. How have you been doing...I see you dropped 2 lbs over night after your pizza extravagannnzzzaaa..Thats really good. How have you been doing with the water intake? I hope you have a wonderful day and keep on dropping

Im so sorry to hear about that. Stay strong!

I've been trying to keep up with the water intake on that level but Im more so sticking to roughly 60oz daily since last week. It works a bit better for me.

Just keep your head up...my prayers are with you and the family!

Ok reporting in for the day.......

Pellets are working wonderfully at suppressing my appetite...yesterday however I ate a bit more at dinner due to not eating during th day. I also had a nagging headache the entire day more then likely due to ketosis.....and finally in the evening took 2 tylenol which fixed it quickly.

So I woke up with a .6 loss.

So 258 even.

Olivia you are doing sooo well. Congrats on the loss. A little loss every day adds up to big losses at the end of the week. Good job on the water, I know its hard but you are definatly drinking more water this time around. Well I have to say I am a happy camper today. My weight was 166.2....That is a drop of 2lbs over night. I'm not following the protocal the way you should as you know, I'm doing low carb but also keeping my calories low. About 600 a day so that seems to be working. I am 2 weeks in and have lost 8lbs, so I guess thats good. I just have to keep reminding myself the less you have to lose the slower it comes off. I hope you have a good day and I'm glad the pellets are helping you. Not being hungry is half the battle

Hi Barbara......Congrats on your 2lbs gone!!! woohoooo....I think that eating LC as well as keeping it fairly on the low cal side works too. I dont want to become so strict that I cannot keep myself it so this works.


I havent wieghed just yet...but I will go take a look now.......post back in a bit!

WOW.....that is reeaaaallly good....woo hooo...the pellets are really working for you, helps keep a person motivated right? You will lose this weight in no time. I agree with you on not going too low with the calories. You don't want to feel deprived. I just have not been feeling like eating lately. It was hard to get in the 600 calories. I'm sure that will end soon so I'm just going with it. The rogue HCG seen to be working for us. On another thread in the HCG forum there is a lady, I think her name is Deb...anyway she is doing HCG drops her way and it is working wonders for her weight loss. She's just going with it and if she wants to eat she eats...Its kinda cool, she's like a renegade..LOL

Is it deb something 29? I think she posts on my lcf Tempted by foods page. Ive read that she has don it rogue I might have to see if she has a journal and read her experiences with it.

Your right..I dont want to feel deprived....Eating Lc in itself is a big mind power thing so If Im feeling like if im stuck eating a chix breast and a tomatoe or an apple, Im not going to stick to it for long. Not saying I wouldnt try but I dont like apples and Im allergic to tomatoes..lol....

I just like my LC woe and it apparently is working for us and for others...So somethings going right.

yeah this is her journal I think. She changes the date every week. HCG Alternative Plans week of 1/24/11. I don't think I could eat an apple or tomatoes either. Apples make me more hungry, plus I've been sticking to low carb for so long it would probubly taste funny.. anyway I like sticking to the drops and low carb, it seem to be working.

Olivia...your welcome I love reading your posts it is great having you back!!! Deb lost about 80lbs doing cals/carb cycling up and down days it works well for her. Everyone is different though it's about finding what works for you.

Wasnt able to check in earlier. Weight is still held at from yesterday which is fine. minus 2 oz.

I did not drink nearly enough water yesterday which could of been the reason for the hold. So hoping tomorrow will be a drop.

Ok....I know im pretty much staying in the same window..but how come? Im not eating anything off. Today I woke up feeling all kind of swollen...like I drank awhole bunch of salt solution or something. I also havent had a movement for 3 days. Hmmmm...I think tonight I wll be drinking some smooth move. yah....gross. sorry about the TMI.

Tonight one of my good friends is coming out to see me an the girls. She wants to go to dinner and asked what was in the area. Well tons, actually. But she suggested a buffet and we agreed to go to a chinese buffet thats in the area. I have eaten there several times over the course of LC'n and have actually lost. So I guess I will keep the portions smaller and just eat til content. They do have crab legs....those sound good. lol.....

Hopefully it doesnt bump me.....I dont mind me stalled or maintaing the same weight....as long as it doesnt start climbing.

I think it really does have something to do the "stall". Anyways....Im pushing water today.....

I'll check back in later after dinner. Im so happy to see her its been a year exactly!

Olivia, I hear ya on the disaterous weekend...hubby decided he wanted chinese...weellll enough said, between that and the wine I have added 3lbs to the 7 I lost...so I'm with you on the waiting to weigh until Friday...It sets a bad mood when I weigh everyday and it keeps going up...anywho just jump back on and start fresh today, you know its water gain and will come right off if you stick to induction and lots of water...now if I can only take my own advise...Have a great day

Still LC'n and dosing with the pellets. Still not losing any weight.....have had some here an there days where I wasnt really caring. I just dont know what is going on. As of yesterday, I have completley recommited. Although I havent really been on my P's and Q's with the eating...I havent gained very much. Not saying that im using these as a leway to consume all kinds of foods, but I am really amazed about the calorie burning ability.

Anyways....yesterday I was 259 and again I kinda was not really eating properly with consuming higher carbs for about a week and TOM was in town and was dealing wiht my daughters dad and a surgery he had to go through last week too. So Im getting back in gear so I can see the full benefits of this.
