Good I suppose.
I want to do 2 shakes and a meal.
However, when I plan that I tend to not follow through with it cause I rather "eat" my carbs.
It is easier since I can just go and make one and be done with it.
I have no clue why I have such and issue with structure. I rather wing things then have a solid plan..lol.

Didnt have breakie....
Opted for a mug of joe instead
lmao.....SNACK was a 5 hr energy shot......
Lunch was half a LC flat out wrap (6carbs for the whole piece which is big so half is perfect) stuffed w/pan seered ham and melted swiss.

Dinner is going to be red enchiladas made from LC tortillas (3carbs each) and salad

I'm sipping on jasmin green tea.....and finally got some stevia in raw brand.... not bad. 1 pkt sweetened a 24oz tumbler pretty good.

For some reason drinking this jasmine green tea is reminding me of Beautiful aromatic Magnolia's. Like Im actually drinking the essence ..lol. Ahhhhh reminds me of riverside. The city is filled with Magnolia trees...Hence the name Magnolia ave they have there.

Anyways rambling on. I hope these Lc tortillas hold up for the enchilladas I'm making later.

If I just can get through 1 week of not messing up ...I know I can get through to the 2nd week. This really sucks I can't even begin to express how much it does! ugh....

Ok..be back later to post how the LC enchiladas came out.

Hi ladies....

Hiya Alan!!!

So my LC enchildas were soooooooooo freeeekin good. I over ate on them that night....but still showed a loss yesterday morning....YAY!!!

Unfortunately as I tapped the scale this morning it wouldnt come on. At least the batteries lasted an extra week. I now have to def. go and find these expensive arse batteries.

I feel unacountable on how my day went yesterday because I can't weigh. Pathetic right??? lol....It is.
I just feel since I can't weigh even If my weight is the same, I'm messing up. I really gotta get out of this way of thinking.

I found some Calorie Countdown in Chocolate Milk Flavor. SOOO good and surprisingly LC. I had some on Monday and yesterday. The tastes is very similiar to any that you would buy regular carb wise but the taste is less sweet. 4net carbs per 1cup.

Well gotta go run the kid to school...lol. I'll be back later.......

yes I made them with LC tortillas. I just had the last one right now for lunch..lol. They are so scrumptous!!! I sound ridiculous saying that...but I swear Its almost as If I ate the real thing. The LC tortillas get kinda soggy so You have to heat them to dry the moisture out of them before you roll them up with the filling and top with sauce. I kinda poured a little bit more on top then I wanted to so they were kinda saucy and HOT...but really good. The next time I make them I am going to put less sauce on top.

TOnight I am making Chicken enchilda bake. Just chicken, cheese and the green enchilada sauce and a side salad.

Hi Olivia,

I thought about starting a journal but my writing sucks and while I know what I want to say, I have great difficulty putting it on paper.

At the moment I'm happy to lurk on Peachies, lattes and your thread.

I find the tenacity the three of you have very inspiring.

K.......

Stayed majorly OP today....
Day 3 of OP eating......
Carb wise...
not so much induction
more like 30-40 carb days....
I think!
I dont count my carbs unless I am doing strict induction or near ZC, which hasnt been for awhile.

Todays eats:

breakfast.....Coffee.........then a big mug of of yerba mate greener tea (green tea mix)...so good and great for energy.......

Lunch.........the rest of leftover red enchiladas...Yummmm ( prolly close to 6carbs)

Snack was 1cup of calorie countdown.........so good........(4 net carbs)

Dinner.......Green enchilda bake.. chunk of queso fresco..3 corn chips (1.7carbs each) and side salad ( net prolly close to 10 carbs)

So today was a better eating day.....I find that I stay OP better when I keep myself open to other food choices, even if they are a bit higher but still LC range.

.....didnt drink half as much water as I wanted to...but Still got it in......Oh and had 1 5hr energy shot around 130pm.......

Oh boy how I want to weigh so bad......I keep going in there and tapping the scale like all the sudden its going to pop on.

I know....I'm just going to measure first thing in the morning and re-measure next thurs to compare. I hope to see a difference.

Miss G ~ I'm the total opposite to you, the only way I can stay OP is to keep my diet very simple and repetitive, it's when I try new foods that I go off the rails.

How is your walking going, I find an early morning walk helps me to plan my day and get everything into perspective.

Simple is very easy.....it just gets toooo repeatitive and I end up messing up. I'm going to try it out this way and see how it works. I also was thinking of doing close to ZC over the weekend as a boost.

Zc is literally meats and eggs. Some won't even eat eggs since one can count it as 1 carb while others don't. I dont count them.

So I was thinking of a beef and egg weekend....that for sure will curb any of my carby cravings.

As for the walking. I have been walking but not as much as would like. I didnt yesterday...but kept myself busy with organizing the garage, sweeping and sorting.
Today is laundry day and cleaning hardwood floors. Thats always fun.

I must be close to zero carbs on most days , it makes eating very simple.

A tip for hardwood floors, put on an ol pair of slippers turned inside out and go skating - best shine you'll ever have.

Hi Mom2~ Here is the link...its a milk type substiture, not soy. Its really good...and never would have thought it would of been LC friendly! Of course for those just starting induction I would not suggest this. Here is a link Choco Calorie Countdown They have reg. milk flavor too.

Hi Lola~ Thanx for stopping by..........your too sweet!!!

all!!

Just checking in...
Got new batteries for the scale.....
Weighed this morning annnnnnnndddddddd.....
222
Its not pretty number
really just pathetic how its just biting me in my Arse to stay OP.
It's a literal fight with myself.
I just dont understand.
In february I was 197....2mons later 222?!?!
how fun and exciting......

Although I have stayed OP the majority of the week (minus a doughnut mishap Thursday ) I gained 4lbs since last saturdays weigh in of 218.

I've decided to cut out the "5hr energy drinks".....They got to go. Im having my suspicians on those. I'll test my theory. I had 1 yesterday but none today.

Today was an over all good day.

Eats and drinks:

No breakie....I know tisk tisk!!

Water....Coffee.....

Cleaned the entire garage......and re-organized.

Lunch was deli meat rolled up in provolone cheese, cup of calorie countdown choco milk (4net) .

More water....tea.........more water......

I was in WHOOOOOOSH effect today....BIGTIME

Dinner was bbq ribs and salad.

More water............

Well see how the scale looks in the morning.

All I wanted to do was get to goal by June. That's it.......that's all...Just 170. I had plenty of time to do it......

You'd think that 8mons would of been the ticket......instead I cashed in my skinny points for fat.....

The best part of all this is I have just about gained all the weight back.....

Imma just keep trudging along.......my points will come back....I know it!

Starting with todays dailys posted, I will make sure I continuosly post my dailys.

Especially staying accountable and posting my weight regardless of its ups and downs.
