Nicole's Little Goals Journal

I've decided to set small goals for myself and see what happens - I am getting out of control! I lost weight so well once and now I can't find my mojo - I would say I left it in Chicago but that's where I started gaining the weight back

Brent keeps asking why I don't throw out the 3 boxes of clothes in our spare bedroom.... um, b/c they are adorable smaller clothes and I want to wear them again I know I can always buy new clothes as different sizes come but I really like those!!

So my first goal is:
Be GOOD and diet conscious, and post all of my food from tomorrow, October 20th until the end of the month. Will post official results on Sunday, November 1. I am not going to claim a certain diet plan but general Low Carb is how I roll.

So, here we go!
