ACT ll
As goal's change, dreams change, WOE changes and reflections change, I felt it appropriate to re emerge as Bring it on. At this stage in my journey, Bring it on reflects the way I feel about my goals, and my journey. At the very beginning of my journey, I felt frustration and enough was enough. Forty pounds lighter, starting to sculpt my body and wanting to add muscle I say BRING IT ON!!!

Hi, Dani. Yes Ricardolowcarbo is no more. My Woe has changed. It was a catchy name.
It is 4:55a.m. and I am trying to wake myself up with coffee and if need be, I am armed with a detour bar. Never being a morning workout person. I am trying to train my body to workout in the a.m. when there are no distractions. yesterday macros were actually under. Cals under target. etc. Had to show my new Banana Republic jeans. So proud to be in a 30. Now it is time to put on muscle. ![]() and yes, I do need a new AVI!

Rich, the first week or so will be the toughest. Your body will acclimate and you'll be fine. Allow yourself about 30 mins to "calibrate" with coffe, etc., and just give your body time to eventually adjust. The key is making sure you get to bed on time each night and get the extra rest that you're robbing yourself of on the other end.
Otherwise....Claim that still, quiet, all-to-yourself morning. You'll get it out of the way, begin your day energized and refreshed, and you'll feel good knowing you've put yourself first. Drink up! ![]()

Dani, Yes I want my jeans in my new AVI. I have been following Carb rotation for a while and by far have gotten my best results from that, so I am stickin with it.
![]() Doms in my chest, Lats and slightly in my shoulders this morning. Today is a low day in CR. Tonight is either LB workout and I will resume my morning workouts thursday with upper body or tonight will be HIIT and resume morning workouts tomorrow with with LB. I Had to play with this photo so much. The brightness. Well this is the best I have for now. See what I mean? Time to put on muscle. 30 Jeans, I think that is as low as I want to go. Hopefully, this picture will represent my lowest weight. Oh, I wore the same shirt for frame of reference.

How about this one. Just woke up a little while ago to get in my morning workout. Guess what? I forgot that I ran out of Coffee yesterday and Starbucks doesn't open until 6.am.
I increased my calories yesterday to a little over 2,000 and I am hungry this morning. I usually wake up not hungry. Also I ate larger meals yesterday and through most of the day I was hungry? I take that as a good sign. I hope it means my metabolism is coming out of starvation mode. There is so much I want to do with my body. I still feel that I have such a long way to go. As I am half asleep and coffeeless, I figured I would stay on the computer until I go to Starbucks at 6:00.
I Took Twyla's suggestion and posted a before and after thread in the main low carb lobby labeled " before and after carb rotation pictures." I know that I said this 100 times before and I know what I went though, but I am even surprised at the progress. Never in my life did I get results like this until I tried carb rotation. |

Very Funny T. Kalena. You can ask me any queston you want and I will answer it. My other thread does not show what I ate so much as it shows my macronutients.
Carbs rotatons are a delicate balance of your macronutrients and rotation of your carbs. There is a thread and it is how I go started called TKD the ketogenic diet. I will try to find it for you. I got started there. I am not the authority on carb rotations. there are others on the board who have a better understanding. i.e. Miss Twyla. And Btinc is like the god of it all. |

Slight Doms in my Chest this morning. slightly in my shoulders and traps as well. Time to up the weight on my chest work. Good dinner last night.
Today will be a low day in CR. Made room for my dinner last night. After eyeballing what I ate. I was actually a little under my allowed totals. No dessert. |

No training yesterday Twyla, long story.
Did you ever wake up and something clicked. Something clicked in me this morning. I want to be the best that I can be. I want to get the most I can out of this body and craft it as best I can.
