Hypothyroid, FoodMover, WATP

ok so my name is Jenn im hypothyroid with PCOS 100lbs overweight and want to have babies at this point its slim according to the doctors. next year is my 10th wedding anniversary and we are renewing our vows. i want a new me to go with the celebration.

so here is my journey. im doing this with the FoodMover by Richard Simmons and Walk Away the pounds by Leslie Sansone.

My starting weight is 287.1 this was on Sept 20th around 8pm. i weighed in sept 27th at 8pm at 285.6 have decided that am weighing is better so as of this coming sunday it will be in the am.

i can do this, i will do this, i matter!!

w2: Oct 4 281.5 lost 3.6 95 left!

w5: Oct 25 268 goal 3 lost
w6: Nov 1 265 goal 3 lost
first 6 week goal to lose 22.1

weighed in this morning at 279!! woo hoo! soooooo happy been staying op all week and can see the diffrence. i feel so much better. also will be starting WATP soon so it should be faster then!! can't wait

bleh weigh in monday morning 281.5 bleh bleh bleh...im getting a wii tonight with wii fit..hope this helps...we are gonna get alot of the sports games too like the bowling and tennis. i love raquet ball..im doing this cause at this point in my weight i dont' want to go out and exercise.just not feesable to make me happy and confident in what im doing..
