Hi everyone! I just joined the site, and am very excited to begin a healthier lifestyle. I am 5'5 and 216lbs. I lost weight 1.5 years ago doing low carb, and got down to 168. I gained it all back plus more, and am finally ready to do this! Good luck to everyone, and I look forward to chatting!
