Diary of a chubett

So I have to say, I was never a chubby kid. I was very small. My mom was a single mom of 4 kids. My dad had died and they were both police officers but she had quit when they got married. Big mistake. He ended up dying shortly after that and my mom was forced to scrub toilets for years. So of course we didn't have much money , which meant not much food, so thats why I was thin. Breakfast was a small bowl of cereal, lunch a p.butter and honey sandwich with a small apple, no snacks and dinner was usually a roast chicken or spaghetti. We never ever had fast food. Well this all changed the day I met my husband at 16. He had money and a car and was a total fast food addict. Which soon I became the same. I ballooned from a size 6 to a 14 in no time. Well soon came babies and more fast food till I ended up being a 18. I've lost it several times, the worst diet was Metabolife 356. I went from a 18 down to a 4. I looked hot but holy crap I was insane, my breath smelled horribly and my heart raced. It went off the market and I gained it right back. So here I sit. At a size 14 and I'm sick of feeling like crap. I need to lose this weight for good. So starting tomorrow I am on the right path. I feel like my old thin self is stuck in this chubby body! I don't want to be a chubett anymore!!! I want to be super sexy. I want to be confident. I want to love me for once. I'm going to do it this time!!!! I know I am!

So today I am starting to feel SOOOO much better. My daughter brought a cold bug home from school and we're all fighting it but luckily it is a short sickness. I had to reschedule their joint birthday party from this sat. to the 10th. Oh well we can have a Halloween Party now. I made up deviled eggs last night and had those for breakfast. Lunch is going to be egg drop soup and since I am doing Carbohydrate Addicts Diet I am allowed a reward meal so we are going out. I'll come back tonight and post what I had.

So I just got back from dinner we just went to a Diner and since its my reward meal I had Salad, minestrone soup, veggies, and chicken. I was really yummy and totally hit the spot.

So I guess I should talk about my goals. I don't want to weigh myself because I have a total scale obsession, so I'm going by sizes. I'm a 14 now and I'd like to be a size 8 by Valentines Day ( well I'd like to be a size 8 by next month but it's time I got real with myself) . I figure that is plenty of time to get there. I plan on walking an hr. a day with my little one in the stroller and getting a resistance band for toning. Since I am following CAD my eating will consist of 2 zero or very little carbs and 1 reward meal which is just a balanced meal. The reward meal must be eaten with in 1 hr. So far so good. I didn't get to walk today since we are just getting over our colds so hopefully tomorrow I will feel 100%.

So today I'm feeling really good. I couldn't sleep last night because my stomache has been hurting lately. I'm thinking I'm going to have to save CAD plan for special occations because I'm thinking its the carbs that are hurting it.

So here is my menu today:

Breakfast: I wasn't hungry at all

Lunch: Dominos chicken wings and a Coke zero

Dinner: A big salad with ranch

Walking is so great for toning almost instantly! I know that at times in my life when I have started walking a few miles/day, my pants would get loose within a week. And yet...here I sit instead of walking!

Something that isn't on my low-carb WOE gives me intestinal discomfort. I have yet to figure out what it is--haven't tried much, honestly. Could it be wheat for you? I thought of that because I know people w/ celiac disease. You start w/ what you know, you know?

You know I live is such a beautiful city with so many trees and flowers it's almost a sin not to walk around and enjoy it!! Good for you walking a few miles a day. Thats what I'm going to aim for myself. You know I have never thought about the fact that I could be allergic to wheat. I should check that out thank you.

So last night we went to Red Robin. I had a Cobb Salad instead of the chicken and got kinda sick from the eggs in it. But I felt better a couple of hrs. later. My MIL decided to take my girls for the night so my husband and I went out and sang Karaoke which was a lot of fun. Normally I would drink and end up the next day sick and bloated. But I quit drinking so I felt great today AND a bonus...... I lost 4 lbs overnight!!!! I'm sooo happy!! I also usually sleep 4 or 5 hrs. a night but last night I slept like 13! I must of really really needed the sleep. So anyway I feel wonderful today, it's amazing outside 70's and blue. My husband just went to get me a low carb burger from Carl's Jr. and then we are going to walk around down town.

Menu for today:

Breakfast: None I slept!! wooohooo

Lunch: Low carb burger with cheese

Dinner: Tilapia Parm sooo good!
