Hope you have a good weigh-in!

I was going to skip my swim yesterday, because it was rainy and yucky here yesterday, I was tired, and I just didn't feel like dealing with all the road construction delays and mess between here and the gym. But because I read your post saying you really, really didn't feel like walking but did it anyway, I forced myself to go to the gym to swim. I seem to come up with too many excuses lately, so thank you for that little push you gave me!

Wow! I'm so glad my experience helped to motivate you too! Some mornings it's just so hard to get up and get moving but I always feel so good about it when I make myself go.

I gained .4 this morning. I'm not really surprised. I had some peanut butter pretzels in the house that simply have to go away! And...I have a UTI and I feel like I'm retaining fluid. Plus...this seems to be the pattern of my weight loss...I'll gain a fraction of a pound one week and then lose 2.5 the next...whatever...I'm still 36 pounds down from when I started!

So, apparently I'm not very good at keeping my journal updated! But I had to come here and record that I have now lost 40 pounds on Weight Watchers! Today is my second day on the new Points Plus plan and I love it!
