Introduction and call for advice
Hello. I just joined this site today because I need inspiration.
I am so out of shape and nothing in my closet fits.
I am 5'3" and 132 pounds.
My baby is 9 months old.
It's time to quit making excuses and get strong.
I feel good at 110.
I am so flabby and the cellulite is almost to my knees.
We recently moved from sunny Florida to dreary Tennessee and I don't get out much.
Depression makes me eat more.
It's a bad cycle.
This weekend I had some before pictures taken because I need to see what I look like.
I am mortified.
I just don't like who I see in the mirror and on film.
I am 37 years old. It's now or never.
So I hope to be posting some before and after pictures in a few months.
I want muscles and I want endurance.
I have been inspired by the pictures and I thank those who have gone before!
What are some tricks of the trade?
What do you use for inspiration?
I would love advice from all who have BTDT.

I don't really have any advice to give, as I'm just beginning this journey myself.
Just wanted to say, I admire you for taking action now. I so regret, not doing the same when I was 20 pounds over my ideal weight. You can do it!
Moving from Florida to Tennessee must have been a shock. We do have sun, this May has been an anomaly, but hopefully summer will be nice and hot for you.
