I'm 5'5. Oh and I don't plan to stop at a 14 lol BUT by Jan I would like to be at least to there! Luckily where I shop (Von Maur) don't know if you have those are not. Anyway they have beautiful dresses in ALL sizes so i'll be ok no matter what, i'll have options but still.

You look very pretty in your picture I am sure you will be ravishing at any size!!! But its going to be a lot smaller til then! The great part of LC is the big losses when you start like now, you could easily have 30-40 pounds off til then!!!

After i do that for awhile i plan to take some classes maybe one class per week so that i am working out then 4x per week. Zumba, maybe spinning, things like that. I eventually want to end up at 5-6x per week but don't want to burn myself out so im starting out slow.
good plan, i hope to do something similar...although i would like to try out the classes from the jump and see if anything is interesting that might keep me motivated.

Absolutely! Here you go!

2 8oz pkgs cream cheese (softened)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 to 3/4 cup splenda depending on how sweet you want it
1/2 cup or so of sour cream

Preheat oven to 350*, mix together ingredients. Pour into greased pie plate, bake approx 30 minutes... I always check it after 20 with the toothpick test. If it comes out clean its ready if not it needs more time. YUM And i don't have the exact carb count...

Cheesecake sounds GREAT!!! Maybe I'll make some this weekend.

Cassidy - I love the SF candy too. What are tastyKakes - I'll have to look for them.

Lexi: I took some ham steaks out this morning from the freezer. What/How do you make your casserole? Sounds good. And I love leftovers, makes it so easy for low carb lunch.

yummm i love gyros! the sauce is mainly greek yogurt and cucumber and some spices a little olive oil. i don't think that would be a problem.

Tzatki sauce is not bad yogurt, cucumber and stuff, a few carbs from the yogurt. But some portein too, a T or so will not hurt too much, Trader Joes has one that is especially low carb if I remember. Atkins bars are good I ate them some people it makes them stall I was big on the shakes, I love the chocolate shakes, I loved the peanut nut roll bar like a pay day!!! The chocolate ones didn't really do it for me, the Quest bars they sell on here are really good though and lots of good ingredients I still eat those!!!

I lurve the shakes thanks to Amber and the bars are good too. I'm just scared to have too many. I signed up on Atkins.com too, I got my bars a few weeks ago. Good coupons inside.

Hi Lexi...happpy Friday to you too....now. into sat..! Haha...congrats on the 30's.! You are rockin!

As far as the Atkins bars go...yes they are good...they do have between 120 and 200 cals in then..
And the sugar alcohols...(No Lexi if u a eat a whole box u won't catch a buzz...I know you.!! Haha)
But I agree with Tyl.. they have gotten way more expensive...if I need a "sweet fix" I go for a Diet Dr. Pepper...
Well I hope u got the battery and are seeing a solid 238 today!! Have a good weekend.!

Cool, thanks for the info on the bars and the sauce!!!!

So yes i got the scale, checked in at 242 on sat morning, so no not 230s BUT thats still ok with me. As of this morning I am at 243, hoping to see 230's before this month is over! My gym opens up tomorrow so now am going to try and go in the morning but im so tired from the baby getting up that i may just have to go at night after my husband gets home from work. we'll see.

grr so i got this whipped cream vodka because I heard it was so good oh and it was. well stupid me thought that because it was vodka it wouldn't have carbs, well no thats not correct, it has 7 grams per serving! crap! I didn't have too much but probably went over on my count on sat, maybe tho, im not sure, i didn't eat too much that day so who knows! anyway that with diet root beer is like a dream!

im officially at my 2 week mark of low carb tomorrow and am happy to have made it with NO CHEATING, im happy!

im so tired today and not in a very good mood hope im back to my regular self tomorrow!

Breakfast
scrambled eggs two sausage patties
lunch
not sure yet
dinner
cheesy hamb and broc casserole

There if I force a smile out then maybe it will change the rest of the day!

Lexi- yeah I made that mistake too with the pinnacle whipped, now I checked the one brand of cherry vodka and that was zero carb, I add that to diet coke and it tastes really good, I liked the run but that had like 15 carbs, ughghg!!! Plain old regular vodka is still my fav anyway on the rocks, but man it gets me trashed especially since I dont drink that often anymore, LOL

WTG on the weight loss, you are coming down that is all that matters!!!!!
