Yes fix dress!!!! You will be glad you did!!!

Thigh cellulite, dudes you have no idea!! My legs are so bad from the weight loss, ideally I need a thigh lift but I am so done with plastic surgery, then gaining this damn weight it didnt go to my stomach it went to my butt and thighs ughgh there is no hiding unless I wear maxi skirts! It is downright gross! My legs looked better skin wise and cellulite wise when I was 350! But oh well!

Lipo removes cellulite everything else is BS

Love the glasses, you did a great job! That's ALOT of work and I am sure they will love them.

Regarding the dresses, that middle one is amazeballs! The pink one looks so comfy I'd wanna wear that one for sure!

yea its very elegant. its Ralph lauren, its also super comfy and flattering. I can't wait to wear the pink one

i ate quite a bit yesterday, weight 208 today. i needed to eat more tho in prep for fasting today. its going to be a long day. is it friday yet?!?

Have a good fast day! I'm depressed because I've cut myself off from natural peanut butter. I think that is why I can't seem to lose anything. It is low carb, but I eat WAY too much of it. So, I'll be suffering right along with you today.....I'm fasting from PB for at least a week!

Peanut butter is so high in calories it def needs measurement! I am putting it in my fat bombs and they are so good it takes the edge for something sweet off and makes me full I am my worst when I feel hungry!

Lex what are doing fasting? I dont think I could do that!!!

Oh yea, I friggin' adore PB...lol. The PB2 (powdered peanuts) is pretty good, actually. I like mixing it in protein shakes.

its the 5:2 diet. two days per week you eat 500 calories and the remaining days you eat your BMR cals which are the cals you'd eat to maintain your current weight not including exercise. i usually eat around 650 on fast days.

I'm good. I was off friday helping pack up nates grandpas apartment, he'd passed at the rip age of 102. its sad but happy, hes been ready a while.

Monday. I have a case of the mondays. I have a crap ton of homework to do and am hating school. the scale is way up. and im pissed about money. all of these things i can control so more than anything im just mad at myself. grrr...

i'll snap out of it.

fasting today and couldnt be happier about it.

Got up for my run this morning. was planning to run for 20 minutes, took a bit longer to get back home so ran for about 23 minutes. planning to go again on thursday, then bootcamp on saturday and another run on sunday . i REALLY want to be able to run for like 45-50 minutes straight 3 times a week and/or run 4 miles straight three times/week. i think that will be amazing. so my fitness goal isn't necessarily about weight loss but improving my fitness itself. the weight loss will follow.

only down one lb from yesterday. yeesh. hopefully i can get it back to normal by friday.

Oh wednesday why can't you be Friday?!? Took my dress to be altered yesterday. $50 darnit! this is going to be an almost $300 dress once its all said and done! Its going to fit great tho and im glad im having it fixed! No run today. debating on doing weights when i get home. we'll see. I have the wine glasses to finish so i might do that instead. running tomorrow morning tho

not much else to report...

its not, i just have to be careful. its scary thinking about gaining the weight back. and this is how it happens. very slowly. you don't even realize, then you look back and see "oh i've gained 20 lbs"... very scary!!

no weigh in today... had a celebratory dinner for my son, he will be attending "The Ivy League" day care in a few weeks, he'll start in their toddler room then move onto the preschool room in august. We weren't going to start him until August 2015 BUT they had a last minute opening so we're starting him now. its such a great program. we're just so excited for him! going to have to practice less spending, its $190/week!! yeesh! oh and bonus, its attached to my husbands work! how perfect is that!?!

got up for my run this am. ran 1.5 miles. my shins are killing me tho grocery store trip tonight after we stop by for a visit at the daycare.

My weight is still up i made changes. i HAVE to get it back under 210... i need to regain some control. I'm wondering if I'm retaining a little water since I started running. my diet has been inconsistent tho so i can't blame it all on that.

Happy Monday! Got some activity in this weekend and some eating lol. at 212 today. going to try and get under 210 by friday.

Tonight is Lailas softball practice, i think a friend is coming with me and we'll go walk while she is practicing. Tomorrow night we are celebrating her birthday at my in laws. Wednesday we have dentist appts and then racing home to throw together some tacos. thursday we have nothing planned. then friday is a nail day after work.

Saturday night is the bachelorette party. looking forward to it!!

Didn't weigh this am. Got out for a 2 mile walk yesterday and ran 1.75 miles this am. Sleepy, getting my coffee on right now!!! in laws after work for dinner for my oldest childs bday. might take the kids to the park too. Happy tuesday.
