went to bootcamp yesterday. think i did ok food wise. back up a lb today but could be water - 210. SO excited for our trip. ready to be done with work and on the road!
i turn 31 this month and need to renew my drivers license. ick! i always have a million and one things to remember to do!

I'm back! Vacation was amazing! The kids just had the best time as did we Love my family so much!!

ok and back to business! so far so good. Im so excited to get back to it and have my motivation back! i signed up for the biggest loser club online just for a little added motivation. they planned my menu and gave me a grocery list so i think i might give it a shot. it'll require a little more planning and a little more time BUT its just for 8 weeks and i'm going to do it!! i'm a little disappointed that next week is st pattys day and my bday. BUT they wont get in my way. I am going to celebrate my bday but will try and still keep it diet friendly.

so today all i have here is frozen smart ones and lean cuisines. im going to eat those but then go to grocery store tonight after work. my hubby is going to try and lose a little weight too. i told him "I got dinner you just have to make smarter choices at lunchtime" i think hes finally ready to get rid of his beer belly!

im a tad disappointed in gaining some of the weight back but at least im waking up now. it still worries me though, will i ever be able to maintain my weight? its scary. on the brightside, im "starting" again at 214 NOT 247 and thats something to celebrate. 8 weeks is a significant amount of time and i can do alot in that time. i want to feel sexy and happy and be proud

yup, calorie counting and following their meal plan. $13/month is worth it to have my meals planned out AND for the added motivation!

YAY down -4.6 lbs of bloat overnight lol. Day 2 going well diet wise of my 8 weeks. hungry now but leaving soon. i'll make a cabbage cooked broth soup when i get home to tide me over til dinner. i'll get used to eating this way just takes a few days. then i'd like to melt away HAHAHA.

planning to stick to plan this weekend and keep myself busy! im making some glitzed up flip flops to wear at the wedding reception as i know my feet will be hurting in those shoes! so im planning to make those tomorrow. maybe take my big boy to the park or something fun for us talk to ya'll monday if not sooner!

Well I did AMAZING this past weekend. stuck to my plan like a champ. Scale said 206 this am so it worked lol!

going to in laws for dinner tonight. was supposed to get up and workout this am but i didn't so after work i'm going to do a quick 30 minute workout then head over there. something will be better than nothing. i'll burn about 300 so i can have a few drinks. planning on staying on plan food wise. we're having a food day at work but im not participating.

tonight and thursday and friday might pose challenges. i just have to take each moment as it comes and try and make the best decisions. and get some type of workout in on those days!!!

Happy Wednesday or I should say Thursday to me I have Friday off. Tomorrow is my 31st bday, i have to work but then im going out with a friend for a nail, drinks and sushi date! we have dinner plans tonight with the in laws.

scale said 206 today. just trying to stick to plan. I have a free lunch bowl for my bday so i skipped breakfast. starved. think i'll go get it around 11:15. early lunch but thats ok.

Lexi I saw the pics on Facebook!!! I am glad you had fun on your trip and the B-day party looked fun! I am so back with you! I have now wasted almost 3 months since New Years and I am so fat, I am hitting this, I have to, it is is crazy! Weight has come piling back on me and I am ticked so I will be hitting it for 8 weeks plus with you! The new gym's opening got pushed back so 4/12 in the meantime I found a yoga place and I am going to walk and workout here, at least 30 minutes of something everyday without fail! Going to eat low carb for now since that is what I seem to know best and not weigh until next Monday!

So my bday week was so fun! I had the best time. the bad news, i fell off my plan. saw 212 on the scale this am. not worried about that at all just bummed that i set myself back. i felt pretty good on my bday. here is a pick of my from sat compared to may of 2012 weighing close to 240. i think its a big difference and i just need to be thankful for that and keep on trucking. back to plan today.
