down to 204 today. hoping to get back to 203 tomorrow then next week hopefully be able to track a loss... just in time to ruin it in vegas lol. just kidding... i hope its warm while we are there i am SO over this cold business!

205 today. oh well. i think i can already see changes on my body in the mirror and thats only after 2 weeks since starting the challenge! i've worked out a ton this week

monday - bootcamp
tuesday - FIRE-resistance training
Wednesday - KBX (cardio kickboxing with bags)
Thursday - FIRE
Friday - KBX
saturday - plan to do knockout bootcamp in the am then some cardio at night
sunday regular bootcamp

weight up today to 208. i was bumped up to 1800 calories. hoping to shed those weekend lbs by friday and at least be back down to 205. im hoping one of these weeks the weight starts to melt! lol. I made this delicious chicken salad with greek yogurt. YUM going to be eating that for lunch today on a toasted p28 high protein bagel. Its a bagel made with whey protein. it has like 28 grams of protein lol. who knew!?! planning to go to bootcamp after work later, gotta find a sitter.

scale back down to 206

I'm eating at 1800 calories per day now attempting a 40/40/20 split protein/carbs/fat in my macros. my nutritionist wants me at 180 grams protein 180 grams carbs and 40 grams fat. the fat is hard and i usually go over, and come under a little in carbs but protein i can hit i just have to make sure and eat some sort at every meal

bootcamp yesterday. going to do a little cardio before my strength class tonight.

vegas is this weekend and im really looking forward to it!

the 1800 calories is good healthy food, i wouldnt be able to hit 180 grams of protein eating crap food.

it feels weird to be eating so high of calories (which my nutritionist says is low) and still maintaining... im hoping at some point here i really start losing we're taking measurements on feb 16th which is about a month since we took them last. i better see results on the measuring tape!

vegas is coming up! come on friday!!

Do not stress over the scale number when you are working out so hard, and working out like that you do need more calories let yourself adjust you are guaranteed many inches lost and tightened! Dont even weigh! And no kidding I gained 11 pounds got home Sat and have 8 off, so it will come off, I shoved in a lot of dessert in Vegas! LOL

I need to get back to exercising, I am using this cold weather as an excuse but the bottom line is I need to do something and stat! I think I am going to cancel my membership, wait until the new gym 1/2 block from me is done with renovations and join there in March, in the meantime I could work out here, but the basement is so darn cold I dont want to go down and do it, I could do some tapes up here but I dont! Damn another summer will come and I will feel like a heifer!

OMG have fun, it was so beautiful when we were there, 60, 70's, one day 80! That beautiful blue sky is what gets me and the warm sunshine! Where are you staying and how long? Have a blast hun!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks Amber. im not really stressed as long as i can stay around where im at and still increase my calories. i just have to monitor it so that if it starts increasing then i know i have to back off a bit.

i've never worked out this much EVER but now that i've gotten in the routine i love it. i feel like every workout i complete is one more building block to the body that i want!

IM SO EXCITED for VEGAS!!!!! I hope to have warm weather! We're staying at our friends timeshare, Wyndham Grand Desert. I do prefer to stay at casinos but this was pretty cheap for us and hard to pass up. They have a shuttle that runs to harrahs periodically throughout the day so when we want to be on the strip its easy.

sunday im taking an aeriel silks class, like cirque du soleil stuff lol so that'll be fun. then we're going to a superbowl party. $75 for a guaranteed seat plus all you can eat/drink, top shelf liquor too. can't wait just to get away with my hubby and have some good time with him

scale steady at 205. so im maintaining. bootcamp tonight then dinner at the in laws. tomorrow i should probably try and get up early and do a workout, we'll see. then work. then mani pedis with a friend. then celebrating my brothers 23rd birthday. then home early to get up early for a good workout then VEGAS!!! OMG SO EXCITED!

no weigh in today. bootcamp was great yesterday, i can tell my abs are stronger, abs are the hardest muscle in my opinion to strengthen. the owner of the gym was impresses with my dedication recently

i'll be attending bootcamp in the morning then of to LAS VEGAS!!! woot woot!!! can't wait!

Hey gals!! Long time no talk. I've still been fighting the good fight, i guess just needed a break from here? I dunno. Anyway my workouts have still been pretty good, my food choices however have been so inconsistent. I've gained a little but not too much, it would be worse if i hadn't been active so thank god for that. Anyway i've had enough and feel like today i'm finally taking back control. Im am terrified im going to wake up in 6 months or so and weigh close to 250 lbs again and i just can't let that happen!!

The wedding is in two months. my dress fits great right now so just want to try and look the best that i can. i can do alot in 2 months. sadly this new found focus/motivation had to happen the week before i go on vacation with my family. but thats ok. i wont let that get in the way! I've got bridal showers, bachelor party, rehearsal dinner and wedding to look great for. plus my birthday is this month too and i'd like to feel good for that as well

so anyway i'm going to try my fasting 5:2 diet again. I had great success with that last year and i had better control following that than anything else.

so im fasting today, YAY, lol. and i'll fast again on thursday.

we're taking the kids to Denver on Saturday and Breckenridge Sunday-Tuesday. I can't wait, its going to be so fun! We all just got over sickness so we're ready for some fun!

I weighed in at 212 this today, i'm always up after a weekend so i wont know my "true" weight til Friday. I'm guessing I'll see around 207. Then i'll probably balloon back up after vacation and then its time to get my mind right. The bride was posting yesterday about finding her rehearsal dinner dress and i know shes going to look beautiful and i want to find a really great dress for that too so i HAVE to get it together!

i plan to get back to posting in here alot, it helps me stay focused.

Down a lb from yesterday. We're going to "fam fest" tonight at the lied center (performance art) for a live performance of "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" with the kids, i've not eaten a ton today in order to save calories for dinner tonight. Not sure what they'll serve, most likely pizza or something. Got about an hour left here at work, then go get the kids and will wait for hubby to get home then we'll head over. Not exactly how i'd spent my Fat Tuesday when i was younger but hey at least i wont be hungover tomorrow haha!
Rest of the work week will be fairly boring, then Saturday the family vacation begins. yahoo!

Down another lb. 209 the very hungry caterpillar was great fun last night!!

todays agenda, work, then bootcamp, then home, or could end up eating with the in laws, just depends on if they invite us to stay or not.

gotta make our packing list for Colorado today. i'm stressing. i have to pack for me and the kids. want to keep it minimal but im such an over packer!

Girl, I hate packing...I ended up giving myself a panic attack before I left for Florida b/c I put it off till the night before. Smh.

HAHA, yea right, packing for me and the two kids. i've got a LOT to remember between the electronics to keep them entertained for the drive and their snow boots/suits etc. EEK!!!
