Lexi- you are doing great, I have got to get over this sinus infection, OMG I was sick as a dog, I still can barely keep my head up but have to go to work! I have not been weighing daily either, just focusing on lc eating so tomorrow I will weigh, I think being sick helped, I said if I could keep not smelling or tasting for the next 8 months I would be really skinny! LOL

HAHA don't you wish we could do something like make all food taste the same for a year??? LMAO! then we'd have no reason not to make wise choices!! i'm glad to hear you are doing a bit better!

Happy wednesday!!

i weighed today, the scale is going down, im still about 6 lbs up from my "current" weight on here. Waiting til friday to officially change it.

i bought a new car!! woo hoo! its the nicest car i've ever owned! its got everything i could ask for, well maybe 1-2 things i still want BUT hey im not complaining! its a 2014 Buick regal, it had 7 miles on it when i drove off the lot! Taking it in tomorrow to get it tinted.

school started today, UGH!

well planning to do jillians last chance tonight when i get home and then do my zumba game for another 20 minutes. i should burn around 400. that'll be good. i didn't get my workout in yesterday because i was at the dealership all night and its 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back to the one i went to. but i kept my cals low.

OK I've updated my weight gain thanks to the December madness. 203.2 (I weighed in one week ago at 209 so its coming off thank god), my lowest was 195 I think in November, i gained all of December. Still doing well exercise wise. just focusing on that and making smart choices.

I'm going my gyms 12 week transformation challenge. it'll be tough and im not entirely sure what it all entails but i do know if i finish it i will be transformed. Im excited to begin!

Glad its friday. I have some school work to get done, groceries to get after work today. Got my new cars windowns tinted yesterday and am LOVING it thats all for now.

Happy Tuesday!!

Doing awesomely workout wise trying to make smart choices nutrition wise. meeting with a nutritionist at the gym tonight. their plan works its just hard to stick to want to give it a try. yesterday was the start of my 12 week challenge. 70 workouts in 12 weeks and 26.2 miles either ran or walked. The workouts can be at the gym and signed off on or at home honor code. They took before measurements, weight and body fat. my body fat is average so i was pleased with that here are a few of the before pics. I'm loving my back and "guns" lol.

My week is going pretty well except i have a cold. went to bootcamp on monday, fire on tuesday and then a biggest loser workout at home wednesday. Today is fire again, then planning elliptical friday am. hoping this cold doesnt get in the way.

met with my nutritionist on tuesday. we're going to meet every 1-2 weeks to keep me accountable. i had some chinese last night which isnt the best choice but i hardly had any rice with it

weighing in tomorrow. have no idea what it'll show.

hubby and i are going on a bowling date tomorrow night. we're trying to work more on our relationship. it needs love and attention just like we do.

OMG so i cannot get my eating together. my workouts are on point which allows me to think its ok to be more lenient with myself. i've got to get it together.

One meal at a time, one workout at a time, one day at a time. this has to be my motto. make the best choices.

week 1 down in the challenge, 11 more to go

i think i'm going to start weighing daily in an effort to hold myself accountable. This morning after a weekend of drinking and a few really bad meals... 208 lbs. going to try my best to get most of that off by friday. then have a good weekend!

going to vegas the following weekend which will wreak havoc but i do have one workout planned while im there so thats good!

Ate on plan yesterday, came in at 1686 calories and dropped those 3 lbs i was up from friday. weighed in at 205 today. hoping to at least get back to 203 by friday. had my weights class last night, going to kickboxing tonight. was going to go to bootcamp tonight but need something different.

I have a lot to do at work today so i better get to it!

Oh yea, my nutritionist wants me at 2000 cals per day, we're increasing 50 cals per week. shooting for 1650 right now.

So Lexi are you still going to WW? Fantastic job on getting those 3 pounds off! I know how hard it is to get below 200 and then have to fight again, to get there. I can SO RELATE!. Keep up your great work though, you are making progress!

No Deb, im focusing more on the quality of my food. I have protein, carb, fat, fiber and lastly calorie goals. Clean eating etc.

honestly the scale isn't really bothering me too much right now. i know my body is changing. I think i probably look the same if not better than i did at 195 due to exercise. Now i do want the scale to go down, obviously it'll have to, i still carry fat and i want it gone. With the amount of calories im burning if i continue to fuel my body the right way i should be unstoppable. Honestly my workout yesterday felt amazing and i think its because of the food choices i had made thought the day

That is really great! Keep it up!!! Can't wait to see how you feel at the end of the challenge.

One good day is the best way to get a second, then a third, and so on and son on..

Now I need to listen to my own advice! One good day at a time. Or in my case, one good meal/workout at a time..
