Weights down again 197, i most likely wont see my lowest tomorrow BUT at least its going back down. Today is another LC day so far so good. Im less hungry on the LC days so thats nice. Then on HC days im super hungry lol.

Last night DD and i went to "Cirque Dreams" show, it was a Christmas Cirque show, SO AMAZING! I was so impressed with the performers, they are so talented. Bravo!!

Well thats all for now. Glad tomorrow is Friday, nice to have time away from work!

Nice work!

Funnily, I am more hungry on LC days doing this plan vs. when I did Atkins and straight lc.. weird, huh? He does talk about it in his book though and mentions that many will feel "off" on LC days and better on HC..

Sounds like a wonderful night! I've always wanted to see a Cirque show, they're amazing!

well this is only my first week BUT i was famished on tuesday on my HC day but maybe that was from mondays bootcamp? i dunno lol.

it was amazing, im so happy i got the opportunity!

weights down again. 196.4. my lowest so far this year was 195.6 so i just went ahead and changed my stats to start from where i am now. its a HC day. two LC days in a row weren't too bad at all. Working out both saturday and sunday. Tomorrow is a reward day so im not going to plan my eating or cycle carbs. i will be tracking calories though. hoping to not gain over the weekend but we'll see. I have to menu plan for the weekend and next week. going to do that this afternoon then hit the store after work.

Monday, blah! is it friday yet. These next two weeks can hurry up for all i care!

weight today 197.8 so only 1.4 up from friday, i'll take it! Went to my workouts and no drinks! I did two hours yesterday, went to spinning then to yoga! I really didn't like either so i doubt i'll be back! I'll stick to bootcamp and strength training.

this saturday night we're going out to celebrate my mils bday so that'll be fun.

weight 196 something. back down to fridays weight. hoping to see 194 by friday. we'll see. my holiday party is tomorrow night and im going. im going to eat low carb and allow myself two drinks, diet friendly drinks and let that be that. better drink em slow!

I kinda wish it was next week but oh well. diet friendly like dirty vodka martini and one glass of white wine. it shouldnt wreak too much havoc... i hope. i'll have to be chugging water!

Love LM! I use the superfine liner and the brow shaper from clinique. I don't want to spend big bucks on eyebrow makeup. But use chanel foundation although I think i like my lancome foundation better so once this bottle is up i might switch back or maybe try one more kind of chanel before deciding.

The holiday party was a blast! I'm so glad that we went! I did very well diet wise, i did drink but i didn't eat anything bad so im proud of that the scale was down this am but it almost always is after drinking. im going to drink alot of water today 194 tomorrow would be awesome.

here are some pics. i felt amazing! Passing up on temporary pleasures of food is so worth it. Do i want the food or the body? DEFINITELY the body!

There has gotta be something going on with the stars, or the moon, or the way the sun sets, or SOMETHING.... the scale has been wonky for MANY people this month...it's almost crazy making
