Yea i just don't want to make it a 4 day binge lol. but you are right i know what to do. I will be enjoying my thanksgiving dinner and that is why im going to bootcamp. the rest of the days i need to get some good workouts in and just take it easy. should workout ok!

welp the scale was up this am. I know my muscles are retaining water from my strength training on tuesday. thats scientifically what happens lol. so im going to drink tons of water. i am fasting today. and praying i'll see 194 tomorrow. i was only 1.1 away yesterday and now im like 3.9 away

Thanks!! I just can't wait until i reach a reasonable weight then i wont care as much about the scale and can just focus on my body changing ya know? Im thinking maybe once im under 170 i'll feel that way.

well i lost .6 six this week and i'll be honest i'm happy with that. was hoping for more but it is what it is. i think the reason i was losing so fast last week is because i didnt work out at all!

i must get a workout in tomorrow!

have a fun weekend planned. tonight is dinner at my in laws with my niece and nephew and my kids. then tomorrow night going to dinner for a friends bday and im looking forward to it. taking the kids to a park tomorrow to take some shots for our christmas card. i don't need to pay anyone to do that ya know

Doesn't that make you wonder how the people work out SO HARD on the Biggest Loser and still lose each ( *** week) ??? I know it is not a week, but how do they work out for HOURS, who knows what they eat, because that does not seem to be the focus of the show, and LOSE.

Anyway, I also think when I don't work out as much, I lose faster, but I enjoy the workouts now, and slower losses are what they are. Great job Lexi!!!

yea they are burning 1000s of calories a day!!. it would be hard to put in all the time and keep your motivation up ya know?!?

when i take a week off then im just losing that water weight i'd had from working out. i never want to not workout though i've worked so hard for these muscles im not giving them up!

its all water in my opinion. i'm just going to keep doing what im doing for now and not sweat it

weight today 201.5 i had some major bloat from this weekend. i really have to get my act together. i had a feeling that once i got under 200 i would relax a little and that is exactly whats happening. it was a wake up call being with the other bridesmaids yesterday. i am the largest one. i do NOT want to be the "fat" bridesmaid. there is always one it seems and it will not be me. Glad to have the extra push. I gotta get my workout game back on track and my weekends back on track!!!

refocused!!!!!!! at this rate i wouldn't even see 190 by new years which i really should have zero problem getting there if i can get my act together. glad i don't have anything planned this weekend so i can be good and get my workouts in. next weekend will be tough but i will definitely be working out especially thanksgiving day!

my kiddos weren't feeling well today so hubby stayed home with them. hope they feel better soon!

other than that it was a really fun time meeting the other bridesmaids. got my dress ordered, size 14 and my shoes ordered. i am very excited and more motivated than ever!!

It's very true, girl...as long as your overall trend is downward & you're consistently making healthier choices, those few bad days are not going to ruin your progress. You are totally in control of your body, and I am very proud of you!

got some of the bloat off! 198.6. 2.4 lbs left to get back to fridays weight. i don't think i'll have a loss this week but thats ok. this weekend i hope to make up some ground.

WOOO! i lost that bloat! weight today 196.6 SO glad i got my booty to bootcamp last night! I can really tell that weighing less makes it not easier but i don't feel like i'm going to die anymore lol. wish it were next week because then today would be my friday lol! going to buy a snowblower after work today since we might be getting snow tomorrow. boo! making an emily bites ravioli meal for dinner yum yum. Had this amazing yogurt last night, muller corner, wish i would have bought two packs so i could have some tonight too!

Yay! Congrats on the loss! WTG on getting in that bootcamp class.

I gotta check out some more Emily Bites recipes...that enchilada casserole was yummy! The ravioli sounds good too.
