Happy Monday! Weight 202.0 so maintained over the weekend. Got in a run sat am with some dumbbell lifting then sunday went to bootcamp made wise food choices too!

i had such a busy weekend, im glad its over! My DH turns 35 this saturday so we're going out for halloween i'll post pics next week

breakfast is protein shake

snack apple and string cheese

lunch is left over pulled pork and creamy dill cucumbers

snack fiber one protein bar

dinner will be goulash i think.

the pulled pork is bomb! the sauce is homemade from a cookbook. and no bun even though im not low carbing its so good it doesnt need the bun!

weight today 202.2

im a little annoyed with the scale! I decided to go another round of fasting. my last round lasted 7 weeks. i fasted from 07/15/13-09/05/13 and lost 13.2 lbs since i ended in sept i've lost only 4 lbs and put 2 back on! lol. so i think its time to get back to it! Starting monday. I'm going to shoot for another 8 weeks. I hope i see the same results again that would be amazing!

I agree with Amber that the pic of you & your daughter is beautiful. Cute kids!

The IF might be a good way to jumpstart yourself again, and I know you had success with it. Whatever works best for you is the way to go!

weight STILL 202 i know hard to believe haha. i've worked out EVERYDAY for over a week. I'm taking a break tonight. i dunno, could be that im not eating enough? im excited to get back to 5:2 though, hoping to have success like i did in the past.

Finally a loss. 201.2 tomorrow is weigh in day.

so i worked out 8 days in a row and since last thursday my weight had been stuck. SO i decided to take yesterday off and ate 1500 calories and boom i drop .8 lbs overnight. so i guess i wasn't eating enough and my body was rebelling. i'll have to make sure on 5:2 that i eat enough on my up days. the last two rounds i was following WW so i wasn't sure calorie wise how much i was eating. i think i'll aim for 1600/day. that'll be nice.

thanks i was beginning to wonder if i'd ever go below 202. haha. i don't know how people deal with 4 weeks of stalls i'd go crazy! unless i was closer to my goal weight then i'd be more understanding.

woot woot! down 1.4 weight 200.6

funny i didn't workout wednesday or thursday. on wednesday i ate 1500 cals and thursday i ate 1875 and those were the only two days i lost haha. my body is CRAZY! im goin to have to make sure on my up days that im eating enough cals. like 1600-1700!

Woooooot! You're SO close! I am excited by proxy. Haha!

I seriously think the exercise can make our muscles hold on to water...I definitely think exercise is great for re-shaping the body & losing inches, but not so much on the pesky scale.

Lexi I was reading the best article about water retention and the scale, I have to see if I can find it darn it I cant find it! It was so good about how we hold water when we work out, that is why I hate the darn scale and I am going to just try to exercise and eat right and weight once a week, I get crazy!

ok so im carrying some booze water weight this am. i was up 2.4 lbs which isn't horrible. i didn't make bad choices this weekend. i snacked alot on this healthy trail mix from trader joes. thats why i don't buy trail mix because the serving size is so small and i can eat way more than that haha.

today im fasting.

Im having coffee now then at noon i'll have my frozen lunch and i brought some protein to drink around 2 or so. then just a frozen dinner and maybe a sugar free popsicle and that'll be it. im aiming for around 700 cals.
