Made some yummy meatballs last night that i will be having for lunch today! Almost stepped on the scale again but theres really no point to, ill just have to weight, lol, and do it monday!

So, i am very tired and sore but in a good way, did a kickboxing class last night that totally kicked my butt! musta been good though as i am going back tonight right after work

breakfast-4sauage links snack-celery with buff wing dip lunch leftover mexican hiney helper with lettuce,cheese and salsa dinner-chicken tenders and veges 815 kickboxing class so will try to not eat a lot so its not jigglying around in my gut! i want to throw my scale out the window! im not weighing again at least until friday! hopefully these workouts start to shred inches, body fat and weight asap! |

well just checking in... have a cold but still going to workout but am leaving work early today as i am worn out and have a headache... gonna make kielbasa and cabbage soup when i get home and have kickboxing at 7:30 tonight...

I have a cold but didnt let that stop me from working out last night and this morning. Did kbxing at 7:30 last night and bootcamp at 5am this morning, ill admit the bootcamp was difficult this morning but glad i got it out of the way!
scale has stayed the same but i figure my body is just trying to get use to the workouts! |

just stoppin by... scale stuck between 221-224, thats ok, i think i may start to do zero carb for 3 days at a time, that really helped me get through stalls last year, oh and am still working out, went to bootcamp last night and it totally kicked my ass, tonight at home im going to do 2 jillian shred workouts... cant wait until the first week of february 30 days after starting my workouts im going to have body fat measured and my measurements taken again... PRAY the numbers (including my weight) have gone down!!!

Hooray here i am! going on my third week of atkins and working out! i have entered the obssesive scale stage where i weigh every day! i need to knock that crap off! also i need to not be so worried because the scale has come to a permanent holt, hello you started working out ALOT you are probably gaining muscle and burning fat which is why you are stuck! dont worry it will come off you just have to keep it up!
on a side note i ate some of my daughters cookie yesterday... i beat myself up about it, but im over it now! just relax and move on and keep doing what i am doing! next week im am going to do egg meat only for three days i remember last time that totally helped me break out of a plateau!

Started egg meat only today...
breakfast: 4 scrambled eggs lunch will be bunless cheeseless burger with a little amount of mustard dinner probably burgers again, or steaks or chicken... this is not going to be fun but hopefull ill see the scale go down! |

well im at 220, im not changing it though until monday to make sure i stay at that... egg/meat only works wonders, today is the third day, going to try and stay on it until friday then maybe eat veggies this weekend, but back to it monday... my neck is still hurt so im still nervous about workin out but may try to on saturday...
GOAL 200 by end of march! 20 lbs in two months, totally doable! |

so, it happened, i gained all the weight back
I failed miserably at maintaining!! But hey last time i lost it in 4.5 months it took me WAY longer to gain it back... SO LETS TRY AGAIN! Im putting in place a few goals... #1 only weigh once per week on monday #2 DONT CHEAT ON ATKINS #3 Lose 10 lbs by August 19th #4 EXERCISE #5 Make consistent journal entries ok well its Friday we have no plans of going out or anything so i SHOULD be able to stick with the diet. Breakfast : Sausage, egg Lunch: Bratwurst, mashed cauliflower, cheese Dinner: Scallops, Zuccinni Desert: whip topping |

I'm bAAAAAAAAck!! Much has changed for me since my last post July 2010. Well here goes, I got married, had my second child and gained a ton of weight! nice! My start weight with my pregnancy was 241, that was October, I got up to 285, had my baby in June of 2011, and now am at 252. I am almost 20 lbs heavier than when i start low carb in 2008. I need to not focus on the bad things and focus on the good, i mean i guess good thing im not still at 285! I was successful in losing on low carb those three years ago, i was not successful however at maintaining my weight loss. Thats where the gym will come in. I want a life as a regular exerciser!! I need to make the change now! I don't want to be battling and unhappy with my weight for the rest of my life and I want to be healthy and be active with my children. Plus I want to LOOK GOOD! I need to keep my motivation and remember all of these reasons for why i am doing this in the first place. I have all the time in the world to lose weight and be healthy, i just have to start doing it!! I need to remember there is no race, i just need to stay on track! And i need to remember how unhappy i am with my current body, very very unhappy! I can't buy the clothes i want and the clothes i have i struggle to look good in and be confident in. ENOUGH is ENOUGH!!!!
I've got my hubby doing it with me this time, we both want it!!! I will be writing in journal entries and try my best to only track my weight once per week, on Monday... I will also be writing in my menu and workouts. The new gym I joined isn't open for business until Sept 20th so I plan to Start out with just the Low carb way of eating and then start the gym on the 20th. Wish me luck! I hope to be here each and every day and never stop or give into the temptation. Food only needs to my there to provide me energy and nothing else! EAT TO LIVE NOT LIVE TO EAT!!! Breakfast - 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 sausage patties and one oz of mild cheddar. Water to drink Snack - carrots with ranch Lunch - Tuna salad with a pickle Dinner - either cheeseburger quiche or taco salad, unsure. See ya tomorrow! |

Happy Wednesday! I wasn't able to use the scale because its out of batteries and to replace them i had to order them and it will take 15 business days before they get here so actually thats really good for me that way i can't obsess! So yesterday i did pretty good, i ate too many whipped cream shots tho, and sampled my low carb cheesecake, its induction friendly but can't have to much of it because you can only have 4 oz of cheese per day on induction!! i need to be more careful tonight and take it seriously and not give in, man it was so good tho!!
Breakfast-two sausage patties one oz cheese snack - corned beef lunch pkt lunch - cheeseburger quiche snack - pickles dinner - bunless cheese burgers or fajita mix or swiss mushroom chicken desert - small piece of low carb cheesecake |

Day 3...
Yesterday went great! I stayed on plan and left the whipped cream alone so i couldnt go over board with it. I am concerned about the amount of carbs i am consuming with the vegetables i am eating BUT i think im doing ok. I think im worried because i don't have the carb withdrawl headache that i normally get, which im happy that i don't have it but im worried its not working for some reason and i can't get on the scale to check it either... Oh well the scale will tell me when i can finally use it whether anything has come off or not... Breakfast - sausage patties with cheese snack - pickle and sliced turkey lunch - bunless cheeseburger and maybe a hotdog dinner - either swiss mushroom chicken with mashed cauliflower or chicken fajitas with cheese, sour cream, hot sauce and shreaded lettuce, i think the fajitas sound the best... desert - small piece of low carb crustless cheesecake. until tomorrow! |
