weight 200.6 today

may or may not see 199 tomorrow. going to try and eat right and am planning to workout when i get home. i don't have the motivation right now but i just have to not think about it and just do it.

my kids both have colds and bad coughs and i keep wanting them to start sounding better, im playing the dr or no dr game. its annoying. they are sleeping fine though so i guess if they were that sick i'd hear them all night.

KC trip is this weekend, can't wait til saturday, im hoping and praying i don't get the kids' colds! im taking emergen-C everyday to help boost my immunity.

my accounting exam is SO hard, im going to have to meet with a tutor, someone to help me understand this crap. ugh i hate it!

weight 200.2 today so i officially lost one lb since last friday, considering my weekend and having drinks on tuesday night i'll take it im honestly ok with just 1 lb a week now. 1.5 would be best tho.

this weekend is my KC trip yay, so im going to pack on some bloat im sure. I'm honestly glad i didn't hit onederland today, it would have been depressing to come home and weigh in on tuesday and see the 2s again.

i've set myself some very attainable goals, very slow and steady. no pressure. just ten lbs by christmas and from there another 15 by my birthday. its comforting. just have to keep it up!

Hey girl! Thank you I am SO LOOKING FORWARD TO IT! check facebook for pics we're going out saturday night, then tailgating and going to the football game on sunday. then going to try and go out sunday night too. home monday. Kansas city is only 3 hours away so its a quick trip.

yea im super proud of myself, i have come so far. i feel like im over the hump and now my losses are just bonuses. im far from done but the pressure is off a little now. i still have my motivation!!!

Lexi, I am with Tyl on this, you are very very inspiring!! You are doing it the right way and will get to your goal and KEEP IT!!! That is exciting for all of us who are following you.!

I am still a WW member and while in this phase of my weight loss am following the simply filling technique while adding in more exercise. I am gearing up for watching the Biggest Loser next week, but in the meatime, watching YOU is just about as fun!..

Oh and your new AVI is so gorgeous!!!!! Go Girl!!

Lexi- You look amazing!!! You have really gotten yourself together and got that weight off, you are an inspiration I have really been struggling, so hopefully being back with my peeps can keep me on track, I really want to get 20 pounds off before Vegas!!!!!

And on that note vacation bloat has reared its ugly head. but i got on the scale anyway even though i didn't want to. i'm up 5.8 lbs since fridays weigh in i KNOW its mostly bloat so im not sweating it. my goal will be to get back down as close as I can from last friday by this Friday. I had three days off and now i have three days back on. I will be eating right and working out each day.

Tonight i'll do some elliptical and then go to my FIRE strength training class.

im just proud of myself that i can have a few "bad" days (actually i had a freakin blast) but then get right back to business! This is my favorite motivation post

well i've dropped 2lbs of the bloat. so im at 204.0... id love to go to bootcamp tonight but not sure if i'll have a sitter. if not then i'll just do my last chance workout with my fast fix kickbox. i always burn 500-600 cals doing both of those.

i just got back from the dentist and my jaw is numb, hate that!!!

Congrats on dropping 2 bloat pounds already...that's awesome!

I'm going to the gym after work, but not sure what I'm doing yet. I may do the ARC trainer again...my legs have been feeling sore since yesterday.

Yea i feel like every time i go for my cleanings they always spot a cavity so i usually don't get it filled for 1 year otherwise i'd be doing it every 6 months lol. so i had a cleaning last week and gave in and made the filling appointment

yea i figured i gained 2 lbs of bloat each day i was gone so hopefully i can lose 2 lbs each day being back on plan

Weight today 202.4 so i've got 2.2 more lbs to go to drop the remaining bloat. i should be in good shape tomorrow. i might have a small gain. we'll see. tonights workout will be one of the insanity DVDs not sure yet which one. I burned about 550 cals in my living room last night so i'll try for that again tonight I just want to get back to 200.2 then get back to losing. even though its only been a week it feels like longer. no drinking this weekend and i'll be pretty busy saturday with my daughters softball stuff so i wont be sitting around the house snacking all day. so thats good i'll have to bring healthy snacks for us. i'll be working on a power point presentation too while im at the games. thats the plan anyway.

AAAGGHHHH! so my bride just told me that we have to order our dresses by DECEMBER 1ST!! I thought i'd at least have til January! talk about motivation. i have 6 weeks to do the best i can between now and then! Alot can happen in 6 weeks. LETS GO!

ok so now i've had to rearrange my goals and be a little more aggressive... im aiming for 12 lbs in 6 weeks. i'm calling it the 6 week slim down. i'm staying below 1400 cals/day and going to try and workout everyday.

i only have a few events to attend between now and then so i'll just have to eat on plan and keep it simple.

Lexi you will be stunning in that dress, and remember I got my wedding dress and it didnt close, she said I needed to lose 30 pounds it was the last one, so I bought it, got my trainer and in 6 weeks I lost 9 pounds and it closed and by the time the wedding came it had to be taken in, so dont kill yourself, let it be a little big and get it taken in. Whatever size, look how far you have come and you are beautiful! Your smile will steal the show anyway!

thats amazing!!

i am SO grateful for how far i've come. I couldn't even imagine accepting her request and being happy about being bridesmaid if i hadn't already done so well. i am very proud.

Look at it this way -- you lost a lot of your weekend water weight, so that's awesome!

WTG on your workout this morning...I know you didn't wanna do it, but you did anyways. That's a definite success.

I am thinking I need to shoot for some activity every day myself...going to think about this some more.

yea i can handle 1.8, just a set back, not permanent.

yea i feel like it'll only help me, burning cals on the daily. i'll do different stuff everyday
