weight today 202.8

maintained from yesterday and im happy. i was worried maybe it was a fluke. so i should still be at 202.8 tomorrow if not a tiny bit less

i was going to workout last night but child stress just put me in an awful mood so i didn't. maybe tonight i will. we'll see i also had heartburn and wasnt feeling well so i guess it was better i didn't.

im having a "butterfinger" shake for breakfast. one scoop of my myofusion protein powder, it packs 24 grams of protein is low fat and low carb. good stuff. also has probiotics one cup of skim milk. one tablespoon of PB2 powdered peanut butter and one tablespoon of sugar free instant butterscotch pudding mix, blended with ice. i added some water to thin it out


snacks will be fruit, carrots and string cheese. i also have almonds.

lunch-left over pork tenderloin with squash and zucchini and half a cup of brown rice cooked in chicken stock.

dinner tonight is grilled chicken with wild rice and brocolli

Yes, I keep it up alot in the summer, but in the winter it keeps me warm..

Honestly I think I keep it long because it is a shield with the big body. HA.. not really, but that is how I have used it. I am hoping when I get to goal, I will have the guts to get a cute SHORTER style, like something modern.. not short, but shorter. I look awful in short hair..

YAY!! you are doing wonderful! STS is great after a nice drop.

The way you are eating now, is what I aim for when I get to my goal. .You are doing fantastic!

yea i don't think i could do short hair either. maybe if i get to goal weight i can experiment too. i think long hair looks better on a bigger woman though.

this is the least amount of calories i've eaten through my journey so far BUT i knew if i wanted to keep losing at a decent rate i'd have to cut. i just hope it doesnt come back to bite me once i reach 170s-180s etc as i get smaller it'll be harder to lose and i wont have tons of wiggle room calorie wise. im trying to stay between 1300-1400/day right now. i guess i could go to a strict 1200 once the loss starts slowing again and i can always increase my workouts. so far i've only worked out on monday. i am going to workout both saturday and sunday so if i can at least get in 3/week im happy.

down 1.6 from last week. i'll take it. so thanks to my gain two weeks ago i only had a 3.4 lbs loss for September. haha. pathetic. BUT if i can lose at least 3.5 lbs each month then through march next year i'll be down to 182... slow and steady but i'll take it. i have to keep my eye on the big prize and try not to sweat how slow it goes or how long it takes.

NSV just ordered my very first article of clothing from "white house black market" they don't cater to plus sizes but im confident now i can wear their clothes I ordered a white tier tube top to go with this sweater i have it'll be a great addition to my wardrobe.

Happy monday!! weight 204.2

well i came close to maintaining but am up 1.2 lbs. i worked out friday, sat and sunday though and had NO booze

going for a run tonight after work, then dinner with my in laws ready for this week to be over already, pathetic isn't it? lol!

That is awesome! I've never really looked at their clothes in depth b/c they seemed pricey, but what I've seen is very stylish! That sounds like a great purchase.

yes they are pricey! I got the top on sale from $54-$26 plus i had a 10% off code with free shipping!

i have some jewelry from that store too but both sets were given as gifts.

Joking, but that is how I was the first time around. So close, up down, up down, and finally broke through. YOU WILL !!! Especially with all your exercise.. your body will just have to let go!

omgosh it feels like im never going to get there! yes afraid is definitely the right word. its crazy just how hard it is!!!

or i'll get there next friday only to put the weight back on while im on vacation haha. its only a two day vaca luckily!

i think its a fluke... not putting too much thought into it!

dinner was sushi, i didn't eat much and had a few cocktails went for my run beforehand. tonight going to strength training class then making goulash for dinner

school starts tomorrow, OMG!

weight today 201.8. it was nice seeing that number. oh boy!

went to strength training class last night, it rocked! nothing today. today is the first day of the quarter. i got all of my assignments written down in my planner so im feeling a little less overwhelmed. Now time to read! i'm going to read on my lunch breaks while at work. then spend 60-90 minutes at night reading and taking my quizzes etc. i plan to be on top of it so i don't get behind.

i'll be happy with staying in the 201.somethings tomorrow... 200.somethings? Even better lol!

so i took my first Quiz and did a homework assignment. 100% on my quiz and 96% on my homework. this is for my accounting class. I have to read chapter two and do homework and quiz for that as well. Then management class i have to read and take quizzes on that too! all due by monday!

weight today 201.2 thats 1.8 lbs lost since last friday, hooray!

doing so far so good on the school front wish it was next weekend, have fun things planned. This weekend wont be fun, potty training, blech! oh well least my homework is done!

so i saw 199 on saturday!! it wasn't official but was pretty neat to see the number. Weighed in today at 202.8 so im up 1.6 from friday. not bad going to bootcamp tonight, that should help!!

weight 201.8 today so only .6 up from friday. did great yesterday, bootcamp was awesome! going to strength training class tonight then dinner with my in laws. i LOVE the strength class so i'm just looking forward to it!
