WOOOO scale 205.4 today!! only .6 up from my lowest and definitely have a loss from last fridays weigh in!! going for a run tonight then out to dinner. im going to order grilled fish with double side of veg. no starch.

I don't want my body feeling that way either. plus how other people view me, they think im lazy and dont care about myself. thats NOT the look im going for!

yea mil is taking us out but im keeping it diet friendly want to see a great number on friday!

So i did GREAT last night. went for my run. 2.3 miles in 30 minutes then had No alcohol and ordered fish with rice and broccoli. ate only half the fish and not all of the rice. takes so much willpower to be like that, i'm proud of myself.

scale still at 205.4. hoping to see 204 again tomorrow. at least i'm down from my gain last friday...

Well i dropped the gain and am officially at my lowest 204.6 dropped .2 from my lowest two weeks ago.

come one 202.9 next friday, that'll be my goal

had a protein shake for breakfast with milk, one frozen banana, one frozen cup of strawberries, and some coconut extract, blended with a little water and ice yum. im still full!


lunch is left over swordfish with some brocolli and some mashed cauliflower. with an orange

i'll have another protein shake after work to get me through lailas practice tonight. then probably just a sandwich for dinner or leftover chicken meatloaf.

tomorrow will be tough, i AM going to bootcamp, then i have a birthday party to go to and dinner at my in laws. i am going to have some cocktails but keep them diet friendly and try not to overeat. Sunday i'll be back in the game.

WOO so i maintained my weight over the weekend. 204.6 today. which is NO easy task. I did well food wise every day. i only drank on saturday and it was diet friendly drinks. im so proud. i only worked out on sat, it was a killer bootcamp. i miss bootcamp i need to get back to it!

im so happy about maintaining... if i can keep this up i could see onederland in the next few weeks. its such a tease lol.

Awesome job, chica! It's definitely hard to maintain over the weekend...that's an accomplishment, indeed! Great job on the bootcamp workout as well...those are no joke!

thanks girl!! yea bootcamp sucks but its SO amazing. its addicting lol. if i didn't have my kiddos to worry about i'd go more often.

mondays i have an arrangement where i don't have to get either of them until 4:30 so i get a quick run in before then. tuesdays arm workout. wednesday i try to get in another run or maybe bootcamp. i've been lazy thursdays and fridays. friday ams i should get up and do something! and ALWAYS get in weekend workouts. i have no excuse not to.

well i'm happy to report a weight today of 203.8, so down .8 from Friday. whoo-hoo. i should see 202 by friday no problem.

i went for a run last night. im donating blood today so probably wont be working out. i really need to start doing my arm exercises! i think tomorrow night after work i'll do a video in my living room. i'd like to go to bootcamp though, maybe i can see if mil can take the kids so i can go.

as of right now we have NOTHING planned this weekend, and i hope it stays that way. it'll be boring BUT it'll help me stay on track. two weeks from this weekend is the KC weekend trip so i can have that to look forward to.

my in laws are booking our san francisco/wine country trip for next year. that'll be memorial week i think. MOTIVATION. May is wedding month too. i'll have a fun May 2014!

well i was pleasantly surprised to see 202.8 on the scale this morning i've officially hit the 45 lb mark. took 6.5 months so that means i did it the right way the next 45 are going to be hard i know!

i've just gotta get under 200!! then i'll focus on getting under 190, then 180, etc...

looking forward to weigh in day on friday.

So happy for you! You've done fabulously so far...I'm glad to have you as an accountability partner.

You've got to think of some reward for yourself when you hit 199.anything! Lol. Maybe a spa pedicure, new outfit, or something???

If money weren't an issue i'd get hair extensions! my hair is already pretty long but i want super full beyonce/kim K hair haha. but that would cost like $200... so i'd need to tone it down a bit. i actually just ordered a new pair of boots and a sweater and belt and i wont be wearing it for 2 weeks, so that'll kinda be my reward i guess
