I lost exactly one lb from last weeks weigh in... Over these next few weeks if i can keep that up i'll be satisfied. I have three more weeks to meet my 200 lb goal. not sure if i'll make that or not. only time will tell...

My son wasn't feeling well this morning, he said his head hurt and wanted to be held, then he wanted to play, then held, then play. he was back and forth. i gave him a little Ibuprofen. I hope hes not sick because he has plans with his cousin this weekend and i want them to have fun AND mommy and daddy have plans too and i don't want to cancel them!

Thanks... my body is going to make me work for it! then i'll be focused on the next 25!

infused with flavors. like they have alot of infused vodkas nowadays bars make them homemade. they just put stuff in them like fruit or spices.

weight today 209.8 weight friday 207.6

up 2.2 lbs from friday. diet wise i did ok drink wise as well. focusing this week to drop the bloat plus at least another lb. fridays goal weight 206.6 slowly but surely...

workout plans for the week.

tomorrow biggest loser last chance workout at home and level one 30 day shred. should be almost an hour of workout. gotta pick up my daughter from school early so i can get that done at home quickly before i have to pick up my son... wednesday kickboxing. Friday running while laila is at softball practice. sat am bootcamp. sunday is up in the air.

today is a fast day girls night was fun this sat is the Huskers first game, going to be a fun time. looking forward to it.

im busy so ill have to check everyone elses journals later.

Thank you Deb I did have a great time and im enjoying my life very much... Even better the smaller i get. My girlfriend posted in one of those pics with me is also on a weight loss journey, she was late meeting us because she "had a fight with her closet" i know how that feels. Not putting anything on that you like. I didn't have that issue on saturday. I put my dress on and felt great in it. Its in those moments when i know all of my hard work, focus, dedication, sometimes obsession is worth it

weight today 208.2 still up .6 from Fridays 207.6.

workout today. tonight going out with the inlaws to asian fushion resturant. they have traditional chinese dishes and sushi. im either going to order healthy options of sushi or just skip all of that and get some sashimi which is all protein, they do serve it with brown rice. but i could eat that with lite soy and wasabi, YUM YUM and diet friendly!

i LOVE chinese too but the only diet friendly chinese i can have is the steamed kind with no sauces etc... but japanese sushi has some diet friendly options but alot of terrible options too!!

when i got home i did the biggest loser last chance workout and a few minutes of 30 day shred before i had to leave to get my son. burned around 450 cals.

dinner i had my sashimi and some brown rice. i did great at dinner BUT i did have one gin and diet tonic and then 2 glasses of wine. my workout covered those calories tho. going to drink alot of water and go to kickboxing tonight.

i have a slight wine headache today.

oh and its FOOD day at work today but im not going near it!

Happy thursday! weight stayed the same today. today is a fast day. hoping to see 206 tomorrow only time will tell. hopefully my kickboxing cals burned yesterday will help with that.

im feeling impatient. oh well. i know the next few months will be slow losses but its only temporary. once football season is over and im through the holidays i'll be able to kick it back into gear. thinking about doing 2 a day workouts

as long as i keep losing and NOT gaining especially over the holidays then thats all i can ask for. right now what i need most in my life is patience.

so hubbys interview went SPLENDIDLY yesterday. wishing and hoping and praying that he'll get offered the job!!!!!

lost 1.2 since last friday. yay

work, then groceries, then softball practice. while laila practices im going to try and run 3 miles. it'll be HOT tho so we'll see...

bootcamp at 9am tomorrow.

then COLLEGE FOOTBALL bar hopping then going to the game.

sunday, recoop, not sure, not big plans or anything..

going to try my best to be reasonable and make smart choices.

monday morning MAYBE 90 minute bootcamp!
