not sure if i'll see 213 by friday or not... fast day tomorrow will definitely help tho. this week is moving too slowly for me. hurry up!!! going to try and go to zumba tonight, i've never done it and can't go to my regular 4:30 bootcamp because of my daughters camp this week. so figured i'd try zumba, my hubby will have to get home by 5:30 so i can go and lately hes been arriving close to 7. his job is was too busy right now and stressing him out big time. i feel awful hoping he can find something better soon.

not much else on the agenda, grilling chicken and having it with broc and rice for dinner... made a WW recipe beef and broccoli stir fry last night it was SOOOOO yummy!

dude it was bomb! are you doing WW, i found it on their site! 5 points per serving not including rice. i had it with 1/2 cup brown rice for an additional 3 pts.

i hope so too... something different and new, might start incorporating it into my schedule if i like it.

I was amazed at the calorie burn i got! i was at 600 on my heart rate monitor as i pulled out of the parking lot! It was alot harder than i thought although i really tried to keep moving, jumping etc and tried to make it as hard as i could.

i arrived a little late and the instructor signaled me up to the FRONT haha so i went. I told them when it was over that it was my first day and they were shocked they said i did so well they'd thought id been coming for a while. My bootcamp training definitely helped me keep up and i have a little rhythm so that didn't hurt either. i defintiely liked it and will go again to just throw something different into the mix so im not burned out!

fast day today. gotta be VERY strict. Need to see 213 tomorrow!

having a little coffee right now, hoping the day flies by... yea that zumba really worked me out, i was so tired at bed time and really tired this morning lol. its good though, i like that feeling.

looking forward to date night on saturday!!!

im so tired!!!! weekend was good. date night sat night and yesterday had famous daves at the inlaws. i didn't track but overall it think i did ok. only got one workout it but im ok with that too.

weight friday was 214.2 weight today was 216.2... two lbs up. fasting today (not looking foward to it at all) not expecting a loss for this week but i'll be happy with maintaining. we'll see what happens

the wedding is this weekend, pretty excited about that, should be a super fun time! i wore my shoes on sat night, they were good for the most part!

weight today 214.0 YAY down .2 from Friday. managed to already lose my weekend bloat. so i could have an awesome loss this week which i wasn't expecting at all.

my neck hurts badly so i not going to the gym but it feels better than yesterday.

im in a much better mood today probably because its not a fast day lol.

Lol! I know what you mean by fast days. I tend to fast the two days before I weigh. I can't really call them fast days, but they certainly are low cal days. Heehee!

lol! my fast days have been anywhere from 400-800 cals...so they are lower than normal just to get the scale to be nice! I'm thinking about telling the scale to get lost for awhile...decisions...decisions...

im too addicted to daily weighing BUT it has not made me feel bad so i think its ok to check daily. if i felt bad or it made my day worse or dictated how i would feel i don't think that would be healthy then to check so much. but for the most part i've been realistic about what to expect so i've been decently surprised. PLUS i haven't been this weight since 2009 so the lower i get the easier it is to not be disappointed.

I miss that feeling (getting excited about numbers on the scale b/c it's been years since you've seen them)...I think my previous low since 2006 was 211-something, and that was last summer. It's so easy to put the pounds back on! I haven't been under 200 since sometime in 2005.

I need to get that feeling back! So proud of you and your recent accomplishments! It's good to have friends that are motivated.

still holding steady at 214.0 today so still down .2 from friday. i'd be ecstatic to see 212 BUT i will take 213 too. as loss is a loss. my goal for this Friday was 210, i'll be close but i wont make it there. maybe next week? then i really need to get back to my stricter weekends so i can have larger losses. otherwise its going to take me like 13 more weeks to get under 200. i'd like it to only take 5 more once i reach 210...

gotta get my workouts in and get my weekend focus back. i can do it this weekend is the wedding so im going to enjoy it and then next the following weekend i have to buckle down.

thank you. im confident that i will too, its just a matter of when, and i'd prefer sooner than later. my sixth month mark is coming up September 6th. If i can get to under 200 i'll be right around 50 lbs lost since March, that puts me right on track for the next 6 months to lose another 50... ive got BIG goals and i intend to reach them!

Hey girl -- hope your fast day goes by smoothly and quickly.

Congrats to your daughter! I loved softball when I played, but ours was slow pitch league for some reason (I went to private Christian school). I've thought about playing again just b/c I miss it sometimes. I really like her team name!
