Wow! Lexi, you eat great and the exercise is definitely making you stronger each time! You'll get to your goal soon enough. Thanks for the tips on what you do for your Low/Fast days. I think I could probably do that. I had approx 750 calories yesterday and was not hungry at all. Plus I walked a mile so I definitely do not feel the need to eat more from exercising. However, if I go swimming; I'm famished
I don't know why, but being at the pool makes me hungry

im trying to eat cleaner BUT i still eat alot of processed foods. oh well.

yea im the same way, walking doesn't really make me hungrier but bootcamp or running/elliptical workouts, especially in the morning and im starved lol.

Gotcha! Just broke my fast with a delicious chicken caesar salad exchanged the chicken for gyro lamb meat. Be still my heart!! It was the absolutely best thing I've ever tasted. I LOVE that feeling when breaking the fast. It's my favorite moment of the day. Trying to have another down day before my weigh in tomorrow morning

weight friday 218.0, weight today 216.0

this is so weird. i thought i posted in here yesterday but now its gone??? anyway, im feeling better, i was not feeling well tuesday or wednesday. glad to be back to my old self! today is a fast day. i'll be glad when its over!!! i was hoping for 215 by tomorrow but since it seems i should definitely get there im going to hope for 214! i want under 210 by august! then under 200 by september! im so close!

heres my "fast" menu today

lunch
4 oz grill chicken
1 cup steamed broc
1/2 cup wild rice
100 cal yoplait greek

dinner
fettuccine Alfredo lean cuisine

sticking to that with nothing else will keep me under 700 calories. i wont be eating anything until 1pm. UGH thats still three hours away! im doing ok so far. if it really gets bad i'll make some hot tea.

heres to an amazing weigh in tomorrow!

Great job on your fasting Lexi! I had a great eating day yesterday. I definitely went over my calorie limit, but with good stuff I just felt like I needed more yesterday, plus I usually reward myself after weigh day

thanks!!!!!!

nothing this weekend, going to get some wine on friday and watch "Evil Dead" and then not be able to sleep all night!!! haha! workouts and maybe some back yard fun with the kids.

next weekend is date night and two weeks from sat is the wedding!

so a friend of mine has lost 50 lbs and put up a before and after pic on facebook. and i really want to do that too. so i found so pretty good before ones, i'll wait til i get to 50 lost to put them up and take some after pics. ANWAY i took some pics of myself this morning and found a before pic wearing the same shirt. im only at about a 20 lbs difference between the pics. but its a BIG difference to me!

It's because of your exercise. Even though it is 20 lbs...it looks like 50...that's the beauty of losing inches vs. pounds.

yea i agree, definitely is motivating me to get back to the gym. i haven't been since sunday due to my illness.

Evil Dead freaked me the heck out!!! LOL. I've watched horror movies for as long as I can remember, but I think I'm getting more squeamish as I age.

Nice comparison pics! I can definitely see a difference as well...that's huge motivation in itself!

IM DEFINITELY more squeamish!!! i don't know why i want to see all these creepy a$$ scary movies. for date night next week were going to the conjuring, im like can't we just go see Despicable me 2??? LMAO!!

Weigh in day today. I lost THREE POUNDS from last weeks weigh in, down to 215. YAHOO! I just might make my 210 goal by August afterall

I'm wearing my "hooker" heels today to break them in. they are getting easier and easier to wear. Not much planned for the weekend, im going to make some skinny taste or emily bites casseroles/recipes. making my list today and going to grocery tonight. Probably get a bottle of wine and watch a movie with the hubby. Tom and sunday definitely going to the gym. Next weekend is date night and i cannot wait!

Happy Monday. I'm already ready for the weekend!! weight today 216.8 so im up 1.8 from Friday. im ok with that. im usually up. i'd like a weekend where i stay the same but this weekend probably wont happen because we have date night and the following weekend is that wedding im going to but then after that i have almost a month to get to my onederland goal

Not much going on this week. My daughter is at a week long camp at our local childrens museum. She is going to have so much fun! I'll just be glad when its Friday!

I did get in my coreX workout on saturday and my bootcamp workout on sunday so i could just be up water weight from those

Today is a "fast" day, get that water weight off and maybe be under 215 tomorrow, one can hope

I wore them all day to work on Friday. I think i've officially broken them in and i am way more comfortable in them... i'll wear them around the house this week again to say familiar. Saturday night is date night and im going to wear them then too.

i just want to feel confident in them. nothing worse then seeing a woman walking in high heels who is clearly uncomfortable and cannot walk in them!

Lol! Love the idea of walking around in the house in them. I bet hubby likes them! Today is your fast day correct? I'm doing fast days on Monday and Tues this week. Woohoo!!! I typically weigh once a week however, my job is having the weight loss challenge and I need to weigh in before lunch today.

Its Tuesday! Weight today 215.2 yay only .2 up from Fridays weigh in hoping to see 213 friday!

happy my monday fast day is over. im making beef and brocolli stir fry this evening, a weight watcher recipe with brown rice. should be yummy. Not much else to report.
