Weight today 219.4! wooo, please let me finally be away from the 220s and 219 lol! i need to see some actual loss in july as june was a complete waste BUT i maintained and thats just as important! Bootcamp tonight and im looking forward to it, going tomorrow night too.

so i went and bought those shoes, they are sky high! but they look good, my heel slips out of the back a little bit so i'll have to get some heel liners and maybe stuff a little tissue or something in the toe of them. i think a 10.5 would be best size BUT they don't do halfs so i had to get the 11, my son caused my feet to grow lol. i've always had long feet tho. anyway, here are some pics! I put the size 14 on and honestly i could wear it now BUT it is snug and i'd feel better if it were just a little bit more loose!

I love how my son photobombed me!!

thanks!!! I love it too! And it flatters my figure so well, it accentuates my waist but doesn't hug the larger part of me (hips, butt, thighs) i put it on and knew this was it! and it was on sale for half off too!!!

Weight today 217 something. i'm not getting too excited about it because it could just be water, i sweat a TON at my workout last night BUT i also didn't eat much for dinner so we'll see. Friday will let me know for sure

i hate this heat, its so hard to workout! I'll be SO glad when it starts to cool down! went out to dinner last night and didn't drink booze, yay, also ordered a grilled chicken dish but didn't eat much, it was kinda a chaotic dinner with my toddler niece and my toddler son so everyone was in a frenzy. I went to bed hungry haha oh well. I need to get as close to 210 as i can before august third. i'm just reminding myself of my goal to keep on chugging!!

bootcamp tonight! Then rest day tomorrow. I should get up in the am and do some elliptical, we'll see.

Still at 217 today... maybe it will stick??? I put in 7332 steps on my pedometer yesterday between my usual walking and bootcamp, thats ALOT lol. Today is a rest day so i probably wont get a whole lot of steps. We're getting our baseline steps and trying to increase those over the next three weeks. I don't have my baseline yet, its being figured from 3 work days and 2 weekend days. so i'll have it monday, so starting monday im always going to take the stairs, i'll park farther away and i'll take walks during breaks/lunches.

kids have swimming lessons tonight so i'll take them to that, then we're doing lean cuisines for dinner. Today is a lower calorie day, im trying to keep it under 1000 twice/week. not exactly as low as fasting but should still help keep my calorie in take in check. I've got an ellip workout tom am, Core X on sat and Bootcamp on sunday am.

We are potty training my son this weekend, he turned 2 on June 30th. We're going to give it a shot. If it works, great, if not, we should know by two weeks, we'll take a step back and retry in a few months. no biggie. And im really not feeling much pressure about it.

Well heres to 217 sticking by tom!!! Have to make sure i have a big water intake today!

Hi Lexi!! You are doing so great. Let me know how the baseline comes along for you. I'll grab a pedometer this weekend and start to see where I am each day and go from there as well....Oh, the joys of potty training. It's really about knowing when they are ready. Is you son in pull ups? We did that first because they looked more like underwear and he could pull them up and down. Oh, and make sure to throw "Potty Parties" with stickers and his favorite treats...such a motivator for the little guys. You are right not to rush or pressure...he'll do it when HE's ready...i learned that quickly with mine. Also, if he's in daycare work together on the adventure

Good luck my friend!

thanks!! yea i think the pedometer will be a great tool to use to get us more active.

I feel like he could be ready, hes gone in his potty before, he just needs to be trained, they wont train themselves. lol. OH yes he gets a treat when he goes, everytime lol. Yes my sitter and i are on the same page. as far as pull ups, we aren't planning to use those except for travel and naps. otherwise he'll be in training underpants so that he can feel when hes wet. hes does not like to be messy so i don't think he'll not like the wet feeling too much. i can handle a little mess here and there, thats no biggie.

Sounds like you are ready to roll then! I didn't have the patience for the underpants...we did pull-ups for a while...what finally trained him was letting him pee outside...now he likes to pee outside over the potty. It's funny/embarrassing sometimes where he chooses to relieve himself. He's naked most of the time...he hates clothing. So, most of the time he runs around with no pants or underwear on.

Official weigh in day... 218! I'll take it, down 1.2. honestly im lucky to have a loss, i didn't really track last week and drank, i was able to maintain that and therefore i lost this week. im proud of that. one thing that makes me happy about slow loss is knowing that the slower you lose the weight the more time your skin has to adjust and that should make for less extra skin... i know i'll have a little, it shouldn't be too terribly bad but i really don't want any.

NSV im on the fourth hole on my belt loop. there are only 5 holes so pretty soon i'll need a new belt! my hubby patty me on the tummy today and said "getting smaller" it was a compliment and very sweet. He only says things when he means them so i appreciate the unsolicited compliment. Plus hes been all over me lately, rawr!

I did my 30 min on elliptical this am, I'm already at 3717 steps for the day which is 200 more than my whole day yesterday lol. that makes me really happy to know as of right now i only have 2 rest days and im active 5 days per week. seeing it on the pedometer makes me feel like a lazy you know what on my none active days.

so we got an invite to dinner with my inlaws. they'll take us out somewhere. i wasn't going to drink this weekend but i may have a little tonight. i don't think it will have any effect on the scale whatsoever, and i will be declining from booze tomorrow night. if i hadn't gotten my workout in id be less inclined to do that. and my eating will be on point for sure! Well happy Friday. Mines started pretty good so far!

Hi Lexi!! That's super awesome about hubby Patty. My hubby is the same way. He won't say anything unless he notices a loss or a huge gain...Great job on the activity. You are doing awesome! Have a nice weekend

Morning, Lexi! How was your weekend? I had a Mai Tai last night, and it was so good. LOL. We went & saw Pacific Rim at the movies, which I didn't think I'd like, but it was better than I thought it would be. Plus, Idris Elba was in it.

Hi!!! The weekend was so relaxing!!!! Pacific Rim looks neat, i think we're going to see the conjuring (SCARY!!!), we have a date night not this weekend but next weekend. I bought a groupon to my FAVORITE restaurant. they have the most amazing food. they always do this "date night" special where you get an app to share, salad/soup, and entree, a bottle of wine and a dessert to share. thats normally $50 but i got the groupon for $25 you can't beat that at all! so we'll do that and the movie i think.

weight friday 218.0 weight today 219.8

i think i finally might be out of the 220s im up 1.8 from the weekend, i said i wouldn't drink but i did, i didn't track my eating and ate what i wanted. everything i ate was at home though aside from friday nights dinner out but i got the halibut, was delish! i did work out friday sat and sunday, thats why im only up 1.8 could have been alot more.

decided to go back to my fasting. it works. gonna try it til sept. then stop if i need to or keep going. onederland needs to become a reality! Quick recap on the 5:2 diet, i eat 500 calories twice a week (im usually around 600) then the other days i track and follow my weight watchers. im still going to do my workout regiment as well but not on fast days. i was able to lose like 15 lbs between april/may fasting. so lets do it again

potty training did not go so well. i don't think hes ready. were stopping and trying again in sept when he is 27 months

other than that the weekend was pretty great, it was very chill. we went out with my in laws to dinner friday night to a really nice place. it was fun. sat and sunday i only left to workout. made some AMAZING pot roast last night. this weekend will be a repeat chill weekend which is fine by me

i'll be glad when this fast day is over... im waiting to eat my yogurt as long as i can.

Hi Ms. Lexi! Sounds like you had an amazing weekend. Congrats on being out of the 220's. There is nothing wrong with shaking things up with something that worked for you in the past. I haven't had anything to eat yet and feel great. If anything the longer I fast the more clarity I have.
Also, don't worry or stress with potty training. it is amazing how well they do when THEY are READY

Have an awesome day my friend! Hugs!!

How do you keep your cals down to 500. I think the lowest I've been able to do comfortably was around 800.

im never at 500, the diet says 500 for women and 600 for men. I usually am around 650-700... what i did yesterday worked well.

I didn't eat until 1pm, i had a 240 calorie lean cuisine and a 100 calorie greek yogurt. Then when i got home i had a cherry coke zero. Dinner was a 300 calorie lean cuisine. that adds up to 640. i took a few bites of my kids dinner so i think i was around 700 for the day. its not easy but it works. you just have to get through the day
