It was delicious and was a BIG hit at the party!!! lol!! And it was totally diet friendly. I got the "light" cranberry vs the diet because you can drink 8 oz for only one point and its still good. the diet tastes horrible.

Thank you, I am 30, i spent most of my 20s over 200 lbs aside from maybe 2 years total. I don't want that for my 30s...

Weight today 221.4 weight friday 219.2 so im up a little but thats totally fine. i didn't track yesterday and didn't get to the gym so i just had to rely on "habit" to kick in. Im going to CHUG water and then bootcamp tonight, elliptical tomorrow morning. wed kickboxing and i think im going to do the 90 minute bootcamp on Thursday morning because im CRAZY! haha. This week will not have a loss but thats ok. we have so much planned, i need balance in my life so im going to hit the gym and im going to moderatly enjoy all of our plans this week

You're getting it with the exercise! I'm glad that I am almost done with moving everything (have some trunks/boxes in my bf's Tahoe that I was too tired to even mess with last night, lol). I plan on checking out a Zumba class at the dance studio near my new place...should be interesting!

I think I'm going to start using my WW app. hardcore -- I was doing it halfheartedly before, but I want to see how it works for me since you've been doing so well with it. I think I'm going to take a few days' worth of my calorie tracking from last week and input them into the WW app to see how I measured up, points-wise.

Girl i've got to! Going to be having some drinks this week so i have to counter act that! I'm SO happy for you that your move is almost done! that has to be quite a relief!!!

I seriously can't say enough good things about WW, i seriously feel so free using it and Im confident that im in control and that im feeding my body enough, not too little but not too much either.

weight today 220.2 so just one more lb up from friday. went to bootcamp last night and the did a quick 30 min 300 calorie burn on my ellitpical this am. Going to have a couple of cocktails tonight. Tomorrow night is kickboxing and thursday is 90 minute bootcamp... i know i keep repeating my workouts but i want it IMPRINTED in my brain as if there were no other choice lol. today is my thursday, yahoo!!

I normally don't ever drink during the week BUT its a celebration and a short week for me plus i'll make it up in my workouts so im ok with that... i'd like to be really strict the next three weeks and try and lose. im thinkin i might do some fast days...

Fast days are awesome! I look forward to fasting each day. I'm happy when my window closes It sounds weird but when I know I don't need to think about food; it's so amazing. I get to think and do other things.

Weight today 220.2 still up one lb from friday. not sure how i did eating wise yesterday because i didnt track after lunch. i snacked a little but kept my dinner small. the scale was the same as yesterday. going to drink TONS of water today and go to kickboxing tonight! TODAY IS MY FRIDAY YAHOO! glad to have a few relaxing days off!

Happy monday!! I havent been at work for the last 4 days thats why i haven't posted anything. Ok so i survived 4th of July week and im only up 2 lbs!!! I didn't track at all and ate and drank. i don't think i overdid it tho im very pleased with those results! yahoo! i think that 1000 calorie 90 minute bootcamp on did on thursday may have had something to do with it lol. So i need to be out of the 220s permanently! and under 219. I have 3.5 weeks until that wedding in august i was wanting to be under 210 but i think its too late for that. I will just have to do what i can Today im having a lower calorie/lower point day. around 850 cals. going to do that thursday too. shouldn't be terribly hard. bootcamp tuesday and wednesday and might so some elliptical thursday am.

I bought a dress for the wedding, size 14! its just a little bit tight in the waist. so even losing 5 lbs by then will help! i purposely bought it smaller to motivate myself

Here are pics of the dress and i LOVE the cut out in back and the shoes im planning to buy to go with it!

lol thanks Jamie, i don't agree with you but i'll take the compliment lol my under knee leg is fine but knee plus above the knee NO SIR haha its ok tho. i know i'll get to the point where i can wear shorts again and not feel self conscience, it'll just take time and effort, i've got the time and i've got the effort

I hear you...lol. I haven't worn shorts in probably 10 years, literally. I really dislike my thighs. My calves are pretty big, but they don't bother me b/c at least I see some muscle.

oh i know, me either! its been since i was about 170ish... next summer were either going somewhere tropical or going to wine country. i HAVE to be able to wear shorts and summer dresses while we do those things. i don't want to feel like a sweaty, stuffed pig!
