Weight today 220.2

lost 1.2!!! WOOOOO Got on my elliptical at home for 30 minutes this am, just to have a quick calorie burn. Going to Core X tom and bootcamp on sunday. Not sure about next week yet. I'd like to do something everyday. Maybe i'll go to bootcamp monday morning, then tuesday another bootcamp, then maybe something wednesday? i dunno. i'll figure it out.

Next week is my vaca, i have a feeling im going to put on like 10 lbs, yeesh. It wont matter if i get back to what i know right away, and thats the plan. Im going to whip this body in shape the rest of June and July. And i'll desperately be looking forward to the wedding in august and dress shopping in late July... i'll need to remember those wishes for myself! Actually going to set a reminder timer on my outlook for the tuesday that i get back to work!

well i guess thats it for now, happy for friday!

also im celebrating today my accomplishments. i remember putting down my goal of 219 for June first and im just about there. thats something to be happy about! it seemed so far away at that time!!

Awesome loss! I would love to have an elliptical, treadmill, or bike at home...I may look into getting a Gazelle again. I had one before and liked it, but got rid of it during one of my many moves. LOL. I think I can find one on CL.

thanks amber!! i really feel great, especially in my jeans that didn't fit AT ALL until just recently. i LOVE how im looking in those!!

thats so important to me. i really want to get right back at it when i return to work next tuesday. the weigh in that day will be SCARY!

06/03/2013 weight last weigh in 220.2 weight today 221.6

totally fine with the +1.4 lbs considering i drank both friday and sat and didn't really track BUT i was mindful of what i was eating (except for that hot fudge sundae last night) thats the beauty of WW you can eat what you want in moderation. plus i shared with with my toddler im still tracking today. going to be pretty lax while on vaca and think i might take a break from workouts this week. i've been consistent for weeks so i think a little mini break before i start my challenge next week will be good for me.

SO EXCITED FOR CHICAGO ON THURSDAY!! MAKE MONDAY TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY GET OUT OF THE WAY!!!!

holy crap, how the heck am i down .4 lbs????? i've been kinda lax, snacking a bit more, tracking a bit less. I've noticed though i get full easier and have less of an appetite. so thats probably helping. i swear i was expecting a gain this am! its so funny that when you aren't really trying but aren't going crazy either how you can still have results and then some weeks when you bust your butt and you get nothing.

im just going to focus on portions while on vaca. im going to eat what i like, just less of it

can't beleive im under the 220s it just feels amazing. i hope it doesn't take me too long to get back here after my vacation. i can TASTE onederland!

Lexi- congrats on meeting your goal,! Be mindful on vaca but have fun, you deserve a break, you know I gained 17 pounds in one week of Mexico, LOL But it comes back off in a few weeks, so a few days will not ruin you!!!! Have fun!!!!! You are focused girl!

06/12/13 weight from last weigh in 219.8 weight today unsure but yesterday i was at 227. something.

Ok so overall i think i did ok food wise while i was gone, its wasn't just eat eat eat and i got a little exercise in from walking and dancing. The scale was a little scary jumping up 7-8 lbs but thats ok. I'm going to track my weight on Friday and be accountable. it was nice to have a few days off but now im back! I'm still so tired! I'm definitely going to Core on Sat and might try and get on elliptical on friday. Next week starts my 5X/week workouts. I have to do it! I have to change. getting all those workouts in are going to be amazing for me

i feel like i am about 75% back, today will be my first day tracking since last week, i'm just going to do it. i'm also just going to get back to my workouts and hopefully very soon and fast i'll be back at 100% in my "mode". I am back to work today, BLECH!

Sounds like you had a fabulous time, and that's what vacay is all about!

I know you'll attack those workouts like nobody's business b/c you're determined. I am thinking about at least walking on the treadmill tonight. I haven't worked out this week b/c I've been hurting so badly in my stomach, sides, & back, but I feel like a slug. LOL

i really had a great time, it was worth it and nice to have a little bit of a break!

yea im ready to get back at it! CoreX tomorrow!! Butt and gut strength training with cardio mixed in, hard class!

Weight today 223.4 so down a little over 4 lbs since tuesdays weigh in. I've got 3.6 more to go to get back to 219.8. i was going to track it and change my weight watchers weight and my weight on here but i don't want to. i'll start weight tracking again once i start losing past the 219.8 again. I HATE re-losing the same old weight. makes me feel like im in quick sand.

Hoping by next Friday to have a loss!!!

Well i planned this weekend and next weeks menu, going to eat as clean as possible next week and get 5 workouts in!

we have SO much planned from sat june 29th through the following sat and alot is centered around booze and food. UGH

first my sons 2nd bday party so eating and drinking and cake. i'll just have to get a really good workout in and then eat well that day and take it easy at night. Then that tuesday is grandmas bday so more food and booze, thursday is the 4th of july, sat were going to a concert and out to dinner and staying over night in a hotel. sheesh!!!!! its all fun stuff i just wish it were futher out from now like say in sept or something... oh well
i'll just have to take each meal/day at a time and make the best choices i can.

this weekend we have NOTHING planned except for sunday we're going to union pacific (bil works there) family day. but that wont be too hard to do well at.

weight today 222.0 getting closer! Went to CoreX on sat and bootcamp yesterday. my office gave away hotel rooms because they had prepaid for a bunch and cant use them. so after work im picking up the kids and going to the embassy suites here downtown and checking in, then going swimming. Hubby is meeting us shortly after and we'll partake in the managers reception. i think for dinner we'll get applebees to go since its across the street and then eat in the room (and i can order off their WW menu ) then go to sleep. Get up and get ready and go down for the free breakfast, then check out, drop the kids off and head to work. should be fun, nice to not always do the same thing every night.

so my workout plan for this week is boot-camp on tuesday and wednesday, thursday off, Friday elliptical in am with some free weights, sat Core X and sunday bootcamp 5 work outs this week and every week for the next 7-8 weeks. really going to see what kind of results i can get. i should have my hubby take my pic

no weigh in today because i wasn't home. the hotel stay was fun, i had some drinks, ate probably more than i should have BUT how often do you get a free hotel room? The kids had alot of fun and so did we so it was worth it!

I have bootcamp tonight so hopefully that'll make up for it.

weight today 223.?, so im back to even from Friday. went to bootcamp last night and going again tonight. thursday is a rest day plus the kids have swimming lessons so wont have time anyway. ate VERy clean at dinner last night, have lunches packed for the rest of the week, it'll be boring but its food. hoping it will help me reach my goals. bootcamp last night was a killer by the way! this is the first full week of my 8 week challenge. last week was a half week and i only got in 2 workouts. this week will be five workouts.
