Happy tuesday, im feeling great! weight as of last weigh in 232.4 (weight today 231.2) will weigh in again on friday and track it! i did my measurements today and in 4 weeks i was down around 12 inches (not including bust because i didn't measure it last time.) yay! i have a wedding in august and im having so much fun looking at dresses. im so excited to be able to go try some on. i'll probably wait til last minute. middle to end of july! can't wait!

i feel like i've been doing this forever although it hasn't even been 2 months. i kinda wish i wasn't consumed by it. its only temporary tho. once i get reach my goal i can just focus on maintaining and not feel the need to constantly weigh myself. ahhhh, that'll be so nice. if im lucky i'll get there by the end of the year.

I feel like I'm "obsessed" with it sometimes too, but I know that I need to be this way right now. I have to make it a main part of my life in order to succeed b/c I have a ways to go and I want to make sure I plant the seeds of good habits.

WOOT WOOT! I lost 3 lbs this week! Im FINALLY in the 220s! 226 was my lowest weight last year so i cant WAIT to get there and then finally have some virgin loss! im not expecting 3 lbs next week but if i were lucky enough to lose that much, wow! i'd be so happy!

we are going out to dinner on sunday night and i am going to have a few drinks, i already know what im ordering tho so i'll be ok there. its just chicken with vegetables and some potatoes. then back to a fast day on monday!

weighed in today at 230.4, i did fairly well over the weekend, it was my daughters 7th bday yesterday so i celebrated a little (went to bootcamp in the morning) had some drinks and some cake. I ordered a healthy dinner tho. overall i did pretty well i think. i am up a lb today BUT thats not terrible. my goal for friday is 227.4, thats 3 lbs away. Today is a fast day so hopefully i'll lose that lb i gained by tomorrow. im going to go to bootcamp tomorrow night too im making myself go to two bootcamps a week now and one group fitness class. i really need to use my elliptical. its brand new. im really glad i have it though. it'll be great for me once i hit maintaince OR once my friend quits her job at the gym and i don't have a free membership anymore.

well i dropped that lb i gained plus another .2 im at 229.2. hoping to see 228 tomorrow bootcamp tonight and MAYBE tomorrow night, haven't decided yet.

my hubby wants to celebrate cinco de mayo at our fav mexican restuarant. Im not drinking this weekend, and definitley not having a margarita. i'd rather get sugar free mix and make virgin margaritas at home with tacos we'll see what he thinks. i think if we do go somewhere, it'll just be for lunch. and i'll just order like one enchilada and that'll be that.

05/02/13 - weight as of last weigh in 229.4, weight today 229.4

Im not in a great mood, not bad, just blah. im mad about the scale. my weigh in is tomorrow. i wanted a 2 lb loss, not looking like i'll get it. today is a fasting day so hopefully that will help! I'm mad because my weekend is going to be boring, instead of partying with my friends at the horse track and having drinks i'll be at home doing nothing. And instead of sunday having margaritas and mexican food, i'll be at home again doing nothing. talk about a boring weekend. once i get to maintaince, things like these events wont be an issue. but for now, if i want to reach my goals i have no choice but to abstain and sacrifice. can't let short term pleasure get in the way of my long term goals. it still sucks tho.

ok, time to focus on the positive. I wont be at work, i'll have time to get in awesome workouts in, get grocery shopping done. i'll get to play with my healthy baby boy, if its warm out we can go to the park or the zoo. sunday i think i'll plan a mexican theme dinner and make low sugar virgin margaritas. my vacation is 5 weeks away, i will get to party and have fun. that'll be my reward and "treat" then it'll be back to boredum.

hopefully there will be some fun movies on this weekend.

05/03/2013 weigh in day-227.8 lost 1.6! ALRIGHT!! got my menu for the weekend and next week planned Im not letting a single drop of alcohol pass my lips! i want to see a huge loss next week. like 2.9 lbs, is that too much to ask? lol. probably is. oh well, i guess we'll see! 226 is my lowest weight last year and in years to be exact. its going to feel so good to pass that and start having some virgin loss again!

Where is everyone? i'm all by my lonesome on here lol just kidding. it was a good weekend, boring but overall good. i weighed in at 228.2, not a big deal at all. .4 up, i know after workouts i tend to put on a little water weight. i wouldn't mind being down after a weekend but that's ok.

woo so i weighed in at 226.4 today i'll take it. i'd like to see 224 register by Friday. heres hoping. I got a new scale that measures body fat but it increased my weight by 2 lbs. im not going to track my weight on that new scale until maybe after my vacation since i'll be up anyway at that time. i dunno. it just doesn't seem fair to take those two lbs away from myself. so i'll keep using my other scale for weight and my tanita for body fat. i'll check my body fat once a week i think. it was a horrible number

once i get down to ideal weight 2 lbs aren't going to matter anyway so by then it wont matter what scale i use

bootcamp tonight then going out to dinner. i'll just order a salad with basalmic dressing and fish for my entree. no drinking. its not worth it. club soda with splash cran and lime twist i'm going to have some drinks this sat night tho. twice a month is my "splurge"

How was your boot camp last night?

I am not drinking right now either...last time I had a drink was about 2 weeks ago. I had a glass of Riesling at this nice place we went to dinner. I'm not really missing the alcohol, but I agree that it's worth "splurging" on drinks every now & then.

bootcamp was AMAZING! great workout. When i went to dinner i had some vege soup then my meal came out and it just wasn't appealing. i didn't eat very much of it. i ate 1/4th of my sons kiddo cheeseburger and some of his fries and that was it.

so that paid off on the scale today. i'm almost down my two lbs for the week and its only wednesday. i'm really hoping to see 223 on friday. thats a bit of a stretch tho so im just hoping for at least 224 i want out of the 220s QUICKLY!

i did miss having drinks last night, and i miss my friday after work cocktail. BUT its worth it. a few months of boredum lol and then maybe i can get back to having my friday cocktails and dinner drinks.

I am! its awesome! I'm doing WW on 5 days a week and then i'm fasting on two days a week where i only eat 500-600 calories (mondays and thursdays). its been working amazingly, plus im doing 2 bootcamps/week and one coreX (butt and gut plus cardio).

the fasting diet is called 5:2... google it, theres a ton of info online!

i don't know what it is about thursdays for me but im just bummin... I look at my body and im still not happy. i am seeing results which is fantasic. i have to think about getting a swimsuit and i just don't want to 25 more lbs and then maybe i'll think about it. i could be in the 2-teens by the time we go swimming but i need to be under 200 before i'll be comfortable.

i was in the bathroom looking in the mirror, i HATE the backfat i saw and the stomach fat, big hips/thighs, arms, yuck!!

I need to remember how this feels, and come back to this post in the future if i EVER think about quitting. I am NOT done. its only been a little over 2 months. i know what to expect. i just want to be there already. i really don't have any hopes of seeing onderland until at least august. once i hit that point i know i will be feeling better but i will also want to keep going.

my goals are within reach. its up to me to get myself there.

just writing all of this is helping me feel better

oh and i BETTER see 224 tomorrow that would be almost a 3 lb loss! after that 3 more weigh ins in may! 4 weeks til vaca. can i be 215 when i leave for chicago??? I think i can, i think i can!

I took pics last night and was kinda bummed b/c I feel smaller than I look in pictures, oftentimes. I have back rolls that I reallllly want to go away ASAP! LOL. The thighs are going to be a long process for me, so I'm just looking to reduce and attack as much cellulite as possible! I understand how it can be disheartening...but you are taking the steps needed to improve!

OMGosh i lost 3.6 lbs!!!! woooooo! i'll be out of the 220s in two weeks yahoo! i'm so happy to be losing and that amount im losing is fantastic! now i just have to get through the weekend like normal and not gain. I am going to have some cocktails tomorrow night but im not going to binge.

i found a swimsuit. its not the sexiest thing i've ever seen but it'll do. and its much better than my mom suit and i look better in it this year than i did last year in my mom suit. progress is progress. and maybe i can be down another 5 lbs before we go to the pool in two weeks. every little bit will help. im thinking i might get a spray tan to help even up my skin tone a little bit. i think it'll make my skin look a little nicer too. i'd like to just do regular tanning BUT the medication im on might prevent it... i could burn easier. we'll see, going to do some research.

i'm telling ya 5:2! its amazing!

ugh you're telling me! i definitely did NOT want to have to get a suit, let alone spend $90 on a new one BUT it should fit me for the entire summer and fat or not, i want to take my kids swimming. my in laws belong to a country club here so i can take them swimming their for free, as long as my mil or fil is with us. pool days will be nice!
