i would like to point out that since my last login i am down 13 lbs, and in addition to becoming more active i've now takin up golfing. try to get out on the course at least once per week. i choose to walk and carry my clubs, burn so many more cals that way

Here is a pic of me this past saturday. i love it, my face is slimmer and i didn't completely hate the pic. one year ago i would have HATED it lol. happy to see my work paying off.

Lexi- you are looking HOT GF, you are doing this, whatever is working keep it up! I love golf and I did not play one time this summer, get lessons right away to correct your swing, and try to play in a ladies league that really helped me get better! You are doing great hun, always good to hear from you, is that baby keeping you busy?

thanks amber! just tryin to catch up to you lol i am definitely going to keep it going, feels to good not to, ya know! im really enjoying golf, havent gotten out for a few weeks. need to try and get out at least one or two more times..

Gosh sorry im so inconsistent with posting. i'd like to try and get on twice per week, at least once per week! i hate doing the drive by hello and then yall not hearing from me for months lol! still doing really well. down another 4 lbs since i last logged in i've been doing awesome with working out too! a friend of mine works at this awesome gym and im her plus one so i get a FREE membership. Bootcamps, kickboxing classes, cardio core classes, spinning, tanning, a full gym and nutrition assistance, it rocks.

so yesterday i did the elliptical afterwork and tweaked my back somehow. my lower back is aching bad! i tried to do a bob harper workout this am and got through 15 minutes and just couldn't continue. its so depressing having the motivation and then having my body let me down. have to focus hard on the nutrition part of things if i can burn cals by exercise for a few days. hoping to be better for kickboxing on thursday. The wedding im in is this weekend! can't wait to post pics!!

long over due for a post! Been giving weight watchers a try, just using the online tools so far and so far im liking it. Purchased an elliptical, so far its been getting put to good use! Seems like i just can't seem to keep myself motivated for more than a month or two. im hoping this time is different. We'll see. All i can do is try. I'm happy right now, i've got my mind right and im in the zone. taking each day at a time! Not beating myself up. I only had a .4 lb loss last week and that was OK with me a loss is a loss.

I'm feeling discouraged today. At my last weigh in on Friday I was at 236.8, today i'm at 239.6 UGH!!! so i've got almost 3 lbs to lose to maintain my loss plus another .5-2 lbs to actually record a loss. this is frustrating me this is why i shouldn't weigh everyday!!

04/15/2013 as of last weigh in 237.2
So on Friday I was up .4 lbs which equates to no lbs lost for two weeks BOO!  I went to CoreX on Saturday and bootcamp on Sunday. I also did not drink any alcohol all weekend. I weighed in this morning at 236.4. I better be under 235 by Friday! So I’m going to give fasting a try. Its called 5/2 diet, which is intermittent fasting. 2 non consecutive days per week I will eat 500 calories, the other days you are supposed to eat “normally” well im still going to follow my weight watchers plan the other 5 days. Can’t wait for my Friday weigh in!! im still very optimistic and still have my eye on the prize HOWEVER I cannot continue to have weeks where I don’t lose. I weigh 236 lbs! I need to be losing! We’ll see how it goes. I hope this is the answer I’ve been looking for! Today im going to be drinking lots of tea. I’ll have some egg whites, campbells soup at hand and a 100 greek yogurt while at work. At home im going to have lettuce with fat free Italian and then a 250 calorie healthy choice for dinner. I’ll be glad when this day is over! 

i hope so too!!! i hope it works brilliantly!! yea i've really gotten into the habit of getting those weekend work outs in. those tend to be my higher calorie days and i like having that extra cushion if i need it.

weighed in at 235.2 today! woo! thats 2 lbs lost since friday. i hope it sticks and i hope to lose just a little bit more!! we had a team lunch today and i did pretty good. i ordered chicken and asked for the sauce to be reduced, then veggies on the side. we ordered appitizers but and i only had like 3 small pieces of calamari. i didn't have any bread and i had a salad with red wine vinagrette. im proud of myself, its amazing how my points could have added up if i'd eaten all the extras. weight watchers is really teaching me the right and the wrong way to eat!

HOLY COW! i was down another 2 lbs today, that makes 3 since monday and 4 since friday!!!! woooo!! i even went out to lunch yesterday, i tracked and kept it modest mind you but still!! tomorrow is another fast day. i'm actually looking forward to it!!

Official weigh in day is Friday, im excited!

You and I have pretty much exact starting weights and I want to be around 170-180 as my goal weight, too. We can do this!

Another .4 lbs lost since yesterday! woo! today is my second fasting day this week. I haven't had anything to eat yet today. I'm waiting as long as I can to have my egg whites. Then i have a 180 calorie healthy choice. then im not eating again until dinner tonight which is a 250 calorie lean cuisine. Today seems easier i think because i've had awesome results so far so im just excited about it!

tomorrow is the official weigh in day! can't wait to see it! i may just make my 229 goal weigh by May 1st after all!!

Well its weigh in Friday!! woo! and i am down -4.8 POUNDS!!!! WOOT WOOT!!! Im thrilled, im back on track after having those 2 bad weeks, yahoo! i feel in control and more motivated than ever, gotta keep losing and my hubby said he could tell i was losing in my face which im happy about, i hate having a fat face lol. well is friday, going to make a weight watcher receipe tonight and watch Django unchained with my hubby. Tomorrow is a gym workout then grocery store then bowling and back home for a relaxing sat evening. Sunday i'll go to bootcamp and might dye my hair. It will be a nice weekend. I haven't decided if im going to make it another sober weekend (for weight loss purposes only). I may have one... we'll see.

Wow, what a great weigh-in! Awesome! I know what you mean about the face...I have bigger cheeks anyways, so it's always noticeable when I gain. I can't wait until it starts thinning out more!

i know, i was completely blown away! i'm starting this week right too. already down 1.2 from my last weigh in. if i could hit 3lbs/week i would be freaking ecstatic. 2 is way awesome too!
