WHAT??? You have never eaten steak before?? girl you are missing out! Ive been eating steak since i was like 10, well here in Nebraska we do have the best steaks around! Why are you scared? Trust me you will love it! Ribeyes are my favorite, filet mignon and prime rib is also the very best! But for grilling at home we usually do ribeyes, with mushrooms on top you can't go wrong, don't forget the seasoning... you need to either have someone grill you steaks at home or go order one at a resturant. I ALWAYS eat mine medium rare, they taste best cooked that way in my opinion

let me know what you think!

Breakfast = scrambled eggs with melted cheese
snack = either veggies and dip or string cheese
lunch = grilled salmon with veggies
snack = same as earlier
dinner = ribeye steaks with grilled shrimp
snack = couple servings of whipped cream

weight 191.2 down .6 from yesterday

dinner last night homemade taco salad with avacado onion lettuce cheese meat taco sauce and sour cream
desert slice of lc cheesecake

breakfast = scrambled eggs
s = string cheese
lunch = leftovers taco salad from last night
s = sugar free jello with whipped cream
dinner = steak and veggies dinner at the boyfriends parents house

I will be tempted with starchy carb filled foods tonight, probably some sort of potato and there will def be desert. I remember how i use to feel when i was heavier and i was eating that stuff, yes it tasted good but i just felt so bad about myself.

the choice between being able to eat that stuff and weighing 45 lbs more than i do now, i being thinner and eating just the meat and veggies, ill take the meat and veggies anyday!

No food tastes as good as being skinny feels!!!

So ive been a little piggy and i really have no excuses nor am im surprised by the amount of weight that i have gained...

Mondays weight: 210

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs
S = English Walnut pieces
Lunch = Lean CuisineTurkey Breast and Vegetables- net carbs is 8 grams... i wont be eating those much but had to today cause didnt cook dinner last night.
s = string cheese or veggies
dinner = either taco salad or pizza quiche

im glad im back on diet, to be honest i was really happy when i was eating what i wanted to, i did not feel like i was in control, now that i will have control back, i will get back under the 200's then i can focus again on getting to my goal and most importantly staying there... I'll also need to focus on just because i eat off diet once or twice that is no reason to completly throw everything out the window!!!

Hey there lexi love!

Is that lean cuisine completely starchless? (just meat and veggies) I know i don't NEED frozen dinners but its hard to find ones that don't have potatoes, pasta or some other junk.

Happy to see you hun!
