Yea you don't have to eat eggs i spose you could just do a meat fast BUT the eggs really help add some variety!

Feeling a little hopeless right now, i don't feel like i'll ever get far enough away from the 240s and out of the 230s permanetly!! UGH!!! Its just not going as fast! And I know the two cheats i had definitely didn't help! And im happy not to be in the 250s anymore. I pray to GOD that i can get out of the 230's and into the 220's by January. UGH and that means i'll have to get through the holidays and stay strong... Oh lord help me!

weight 239
breakfast
scrambled eggs, sausage coffee
lunch
hamburgers very little condiments
dinner
im going to have to have some veges tonight can't make it tonight without them. I'm thinking cabbage with hamburger, onion and some cauliflower on the side.

hoping for another lb gone by tomorrow.

You can do it hun, one day at a time, one day no cheating then the next, and it will add up, be patient!!!!! You probably still have a lot of hormonal junk too from the pregnancy going on, it will come off, don't pressure yourself, let it happen, and celebrate each day you are on plan, and the next day gets easier!

Lexi the dreamfields will be ok, just make sure you measure a proper serving, that is the key, cause it is really easy to overdo it!!!!! Make that chicken, put on bottle of 7 seas Italian robusto dressing over chicken, then last half hour pull out chicken, add 1/2 c sour cream then toss the cooked pasta in the sauce and serve with chicken it was delish!

I know thats what im afraid of, i was actually thinking of making a lasagna.

Lexi, my advice on the dreamfields is just to add more sauce/meat than you do noodles. A little goes a long way and it's what I've always done in the past and I've been fine.

Hi everyone! I was out from work yesterday

The dreamfields was good, and very filling! I didnt make the lasagna but think i may make it this weekend. I saw it at my grocery store (after i had ordered it on netrition) so that made me happy! I need to find some low carb bread now! May just order some from Julians bakery!

I love dreamfields. Stores around here carry the angel hair spagetti noodles, penne, and the macaroni ones. I had to order the lasagna ones off of netrition which I received yesterday.

I went to Julians bakery's website and did a search for stores that carry their low carb bread in my area and luckily a store within a few miles carry it! They charge $7.99 a loaf which is way better than the actual site which charges $6.99/loaf plus $5.99 shipping! I've tried it and love it! So far I've made a grilled cheese sandwhich.. a ham/cheese sandwhich... egg salad sandwhich and toasted with just butter or a tiny bit of peanut butter when Im craving a bit of sweetness.
