Yup I am! I posted yesterday so it was saved in my subscribed threads. My goals are to NOT cheat and to do some egg/meat only fasts. Starting that next week!
I already made one recipe posted on the challenge. "jodis pumpkin bake" pretty good, I made it last night since it was so easy! |

Thanks Jarrod, don't really feel like chili because i'd make it as low carb as possible which means no beans and i don't like it that way, boo! Thank you though!

Thursday!!!
haven't weighed since Tuesday, trying to stay away from the scale, it sabotages me i think with my frusteration! i STILL haven't been to the gym, although this morning i actually had an excuse. We decided to try and teach our son to learn to self soothe and put himself to sleep. I put him down last night a little after 8, he cried for about 10 minutes, then i went in and patted him, then left again, he cried another ten then went to sleep. Then he was up again at 910 for another 20 then back to sleep. He woke up off and on throughout the night but never cried for more than 5 minutes. He was up at 430 so i gave in and got him and fed him, then let him sleep with us. Needless to say i was too tired to go to the gym. Hoping tonight gets better, not to say last night was bad but far from ideal. it was so hard being away from him and hearing him cry breakfast sausage cheese coke zero water snack veges lunch left over chicken stir fry over mashed cauli dinner chicken phillies no bread desert pumpkin loaf

Hey Lex, I threw a pork roast in the crock pot yesterday I seared it in a pan first then put it in, it was delish, onions, garlic, and a potato for Tony, I put cumin, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder on it, and a little chicken stock in the bottom, now I have some to make pulled pork with LC BBQ sauce, it was good!
