I went to the gym on saturday morning and signed up for a personal trainer! yikes! i meet her today for the first time. I'm super nervous!

low cal hasn't been working for me, so i'm going back to low carb today. gonna go to the grocery store after i leave the gym. yikes! low carb is just so hard for me because i love dessert. But i guess i will have to go back to the old days where i made lc versions of my fav treats. here's hoping!

HI HON!! Miss you too! Girl I hear you about LC being hard, i cheating this past weekend and am now battling myself to get it together! boo! its hard!! I didn't make it to the store but am going tonight! I'm not quitting!! and im getting my booty up for the gym tomorrow!

good luck with the personal trainer, let me know how that goes

OK fell off plan again this past weekend. Tried to restart today but didn't have the food to back me up and succombed to bread going to grocery tonight and will restart tomorrow with a visit to the gym. i HATE this!!!!!!!!!

Weight 244
I know its mostly bloat but still
Had a low carb breakfast
will try to do a low carb or at least a healthy lunch
low carb dinner
will try and stay away from halloween candy


back on plan tomorrow... i gotta get out of the 240s for good and move out of the 230s as soon as possible!!!!!!

and i do want to give myself credit!! My actual starting weight after my pregnancy was 285 (June 2011), i lost that down to 254 from July - Sept when i started low carb. So looking back at least im not still 285, my heaviest weight EVER! I really packed it on during that pregnancy!

Oh LExi I know,I lost .2 pounds in 2 months, that is terrible and I know it is all my fault, partying and eating on the weekends, I gota get a grip but considering the wedding etc, I am just glad I am not 20 pounds higher. It so sucks, I am going back to VLC and if the workouts suffer oh well, I think maybe that will help get some of this off, I am running out of time, if I want surgery in the beginning of March I have a lot of weight to move!

If you measure out 1/2 c which isnt a lot it didn't make me gain, but I only eat it like once a week, it might make your tummy rumble but it tastes like real pasta!

Ok, back on low carb again after three days of cheating, boo! although i did have a low carb breakfast and low carb dinner last night. Lunch was not low carb though and i did eat candy!

left overs "fakaroni and cheese with hot italian sausage"
dinner
gonna grill some fillets with mushrooms and brocolli

Hey Lexi!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yea I didn't cheat but I think the foods I ate had hidden carbs I didn't think about So I am sitting at 287 today. Going to the gym tonite and eating VLC.... Downloading that song today!!! I have been rocking Beyonce's "Party" song... it gets me moving. LOL

I know! I didn't plan very well, and when you don't plan you fail. At least this time i only ate badly for 3 days... im back now. I'm ordering some foods off of netrition.com so when im craving carbs i can eat those and calm those cravings down.

Sucks big time doesn't it! ooh I haven't heard the "party" song, i'll have to check that out.

Yup thats my game plan too, VLC and then next week starting egg/meat only fasts... I need to get out of 240s/230s, pronto!

SO i ordered some stuff off of netrition, some dreamfields, shiratake noodles, liquid stevia, xylitol and almond flour. Going to make some thanksgiving treats with that stuff. I want to make a low carb stuffing too, better order some bread.

Didn't weigh in today. And haven't been to the gym since last Thursday. My body is tired, i don't want to get up in the mornings. I have lost a little of my motivation. Hopefully I can find it tomorrow morning!

Breakfast
sausage and string cheese
lunch
left over casserole
dinner
either chicken stirfry or chicken phillys

I made "jodis pumpkin bake" pretty good and super easy!

Lexi- are you doing the Thanksgiving Challenge I started, get on over there, its 3 weeks we can be good and keep at it for 3 weeks, I know we can!!! We are all going to be posting recipes for THanksgiving so get your booty over there!!! We can do this hun! One thing being sick and not being able to taste or smell would be a real plus for losing the rest of this, everything tastes like well nothing! LOL
