Came to work feeling good.... did some posts to all my Low Carb sisters
( or at least the ones who came here in the last day to visit me ) haha..

Now the next WEEK will be a lil tough for me........... I am headed outta town
to [COLOR="Red"]Indianapolis [/COLOR]on Business... I am leavin in the Morn ( thurs ) and will be there
till next Wed..... SO livin in a hotel can be bad and good....bad if I am in a hurry and
have to eat out a lot....
Good if I buy things and take them to the room to eat.... ( but when I go places
I like to go adventure out and check the area ) so....I WILL WILL WILL be strict..
I have came too far... the hotel has a work out room so I am good with that...
I will still get up in the Morn at 5:30...workout daily !!

I will be working every day.....so I will be on site, not at my desk here at work by my
computer... soo.. I will be going through serious withdrawls from my amazing support
group here for a week.Maaan this is the worse part ! haha.
but... I can prevail..

Hey my Low Carb Friends....
Well I made it... I got on a plane at 6;30 this morn.... Now can I tell you all a lil
story..?? you know what sucks.... is the thought of being 6'2"..and 300 lbs..
I carry my weight all over me...not just in my upper body....so.... I have the shoulders
and legs...and former athlete....kinda like an offensive lineman... BUT getting on a
plane...the fear of.... having to sit next to someone and crowd them in...and
the feeling of right on top of them....I hate it...OR...the thought of the seat belt
not going all the way to... Click .... well ok...37 lbs down...the seat fit good..
the belt was snug...but not tight and clicked.... haha...and...for the first leg
from Houston to Chicago..there was no one in the 2 seats next to me..
so..I did have plenty of room..NEXT TO ME....til the girl in front of me after take
off... put her seat back into my knees and was practically laying in my lap...
Ouch..!!
that lasted the whole 3 hr flight..but I was still able to lean up against the window
and nap...and then wake...and do some work on my lap top.... so it was a quick flight..
now... the flight from chicago to indy...I did have a lil guy next to me... but I was snug
up agaisnt the window...so I wasnt crowding him..... so over all the flights were good.

when I landed..it was sunny and 60...really nice out...by 7:30 got cold and rained like crazy....caught me comin outta walmart ( getting lunch and breakfast stuff for my room ) at the comfort suites they have a fridge and microwave... so I brought my wraps ( incase they didnt sell them at this walmart....they dont ! ) so... I bought turkey and bacon and cheese and mayo and some water and stuff )
Oh..they serve breakfast here.... bisquits and gravy ....and pastries and junk....
and I pack my lunch to be good.... so...I am set. !! haha....
they have a lil indoor pool...but No fitness room...but right next door there is a gym
they I can use for free as a guest here....so YEAH !!

Well... I went to Bob Evans for dinner... yeh...not a good place to go....
but I had chicken breast and green beans and chef salad....so...I AM good !

Plan is in effect !!

I hate it when people lay their seats ALL the way back into your lap...that's irritating.

I used to waitress for Bob Evans when I lived in Ohio...I worked there a little over a year, and I loved it.

I would've tapped the girl in front and she would def have to compromise or I'm sure I would be telling her about herself! (In a non confronting Christian way of course)

travelin' and staying on plan is hard, so great job! having a gym accessible makes it so much harder to avoid working out... not that you would, i only speak for myself, lol.

Well...here it is....Wed ( or THurs for most reading this ) haha.. its been 6 days
since I posted to my own journal..... But havent avoided all of yours who came here.
thank you for comin by and pushing me..... Well from my last post.. I started the work there
that needed to be done with the network and training for the company I was there
to support. I got off most days about 5...went to the gym.... now...there was not a hotel gym...but there was an indoor pool... th erewas a city gym right across the parking lot that guests at the hotel could use for free so that was good...
I just had to walk across the parking lot...right between the Waffle house and MC'D's haha.....

I had bought food for my fridge in the room for breakfast ( now the comfort suites
offers breakfast...included...but..it was pastries and cereal...and other stuff I couldnt
eat... So I ate before work in my room...for lunch ate a Joesph's Lavash Bread wrap
( turkey, bacon and swiss ) and snack were the EAS low carb protein shake.
I was good on eating and workin out 5 outta the 6 days....and...well weighed in this
morn...and a 2 lb loss.. so I am happy with that. SO now I am down 10 lbs
since the 18th of March.. ( 3 weeks ) and.....I have 3 more weeks to make goal
of 20 lbs.... by April 30. So it is do-able..

I enjoy the challenge .....but is starts all over again on 1 May...haha....

I made it back yesterday.....and back to the office today....

This morn....only got in a 45 min workout..... so I have to make up for that
thurs.

Well I hope all is well with everyone..

B: sausage links and cheese....
S: Boiled egg
L: 3 chicken thighs
D. 3 x beef hot dogs in a lc wrap.

Makin my lunches for the next two days tonight.
