I SO ...hate when I had a big post here and I lost it... did something...hit a back key
or something...and lost the whole post......ugh... well here goes again...... Well it wont be detailed .. I was good all weekend....Friday didnt do anything...Sat...made a shopping list.. DD and I went shopping and then to the gym.... Sat Eve dinner was good.. Now.... after we went to go see the new Mathew McConaughey movie ) Ghosts of Girlfriends past... Was pretty funny......... So I had My Fiber upload ( popcorn at the movie ) Sunday went to Sunday Service that Morn....then home...ate...then DD had a soccer game.... and then I had dinner w/ my kids and their grandparents and ex last night....The G parents they were in town and wanted to see the kids ...so we all met..was good.. I was good had skinless boneless buff chicken...but had 3 big ol Onion Rings.... w the sauce.. which all day I was good..so those were the only carbs...so I really didnt cheat. NOW...for the Challenge.... It is MAY 4th................ yes..I know..its Monday... Soooooooooo WHO is in for a 30 day challenge.???? It has no goal for set weight ( although mine will be will be 15 lbs ) but... I WANT It.... I have a goal.....I am having a huge time in my life coming up soon....I have to go on a diet !! haha.... So...I WILL BE CHEAT FREE ALL MONTH...... and Dedicate myself to MINIMUM of 5 day workouts....60 min. ( if you gotta do 2 sessions of 30 ?? ) or one of 45 min and then a 15 later.....do it... this month is the best for weight loss..... you can Shred the most in May I read. So .......... I am in...and I will reward myself on the 4th of June....... I know Flipz is in..... Jamie and Cletra ?? I saw that Lei is in ??? Now that MY challenge has been set....recap. 1. 30 days CHEAT FREE 2. Min of 5 hours of exercise a week ( 60 min per 5 day week ) 3. INCREASE water intake..by 1 qt each day. ( IF you want to post a GOAL of weight loss do ...you dont have to ..Mine is 15 lbs.) |

I'm in...wooo wheeee, that's a lot of exercise, but I'm willing to try this for 30 days!
The water intake...I'm a little confused...increase by a quart (32 ozs) every day? Wouldn't that lead to excessive water consumption? I would like to shoot for drinking half my body weight in water every day...that would be an increase for me. My weight loss goal is 8 lbs (kinda high b/c I typically lose slowly, but at least it gives me something to work towards)...wanna get into the 2-teens!
