I'm so glad that YOU are feeling better... That strep is horrible. I haven't ever had it, but my daughter use to have it really bad...

still not 100% but a good 80% ( I havent stayed home the last two days... been
so busy at work...and I needed to work and be in my office away from peeps
but work....

Soooooooo I have got my email alerts when I get a post on my page...... and I have
my email alert on my phone....... so... I see it and love it to read the lil email
that you all have posted on here.... thank you.!!

I just wanted to update you all...Yes...... I hit 50 lb loss mark on the 18th 4 days ago..
then on Tues I dropped 2 more lbs for a 296... BUT since I could eat FOOD for dinner
I had some good taco salad.......... and this I gained the 2 lbs sad...
Oh well I am at 297 and on my way back to 100% health..... that Rocks !!!
Cant keep me down for long..( nor At all !! )

I miss all of you my friends...thanks for keeping my page warm with your care
concern and love......!!
I will get to all of your pages soon..
I have a 2 pm Teleconf.......... haha..

HI! I'm back 'again'! I am reinducting tomorrow! Ill have you know ive pretty much stayed on plan except for a few mishaps, and i started running three weeks ago! CONGRATS on the 20 lb challenge goal being met that is FANTASTIC!!!!!! ok well wish me luck tomorrow... im going to be as strict as i was when i started, i am too close to being at my weight that i havent been at in seven years!

Well Hello to my friends...and journal readers and ... lurkers... ( I am not at having
stalkers yet like some I know ! haha )

Well here has been my life......... BUSY... work has been taking a lot from me...
the last 2 weeks since I got back from KC,.... its just I have a Huge project
coming up...myself and my 6 person staff are going in.... 8 different directions..
When I get home at night..I usually work there too...... so I havent been on to post or
read or keep up with you all.

Well...... I will get there....today I am posting here at least...!! haha...

Well here it is... I had a BAD weekend..( well it was good but bad!! )
I been wrestling with some thoughts on things...and work issues...
and all kinds of junk.... well for 3 mo I been solid....
so I think this weekend.... I just... let go.
Friday went to friends and watched Rockets game had 3 beers...
Sat ...Daughter had soccer tourney...so lunch was chillis.. I did have fajitas...
but WITH the tortillas...
Sat night...had NACHOS SUPREME ( chilli, cheese sauce, sour cream jalapenos )
at the Astros game and peanuts w/ 2 beers...
Sunday at the Soccer tourney again.... brunch was the meat lovers grand slam at denny's WITH the hashbrowns and pancakes...!

So yes.... this was my "Mid point after 50 ...50 to go weekend " and I gained... 3 lbs...
( but I knew those were temporary pounds..they werent gonna settle on me..haha )
2 of them are gone.... 1 to go by friday... so I am at 298.......

Now.... I been back on track this week....... more focused than I was before...
I have had help of an amazing caring understanding friend...who has patience and
understanding.... I cherish that.!

Work is busy til Mid June.... I have to go outta town to Central Texas for a week
the 2nd week of May.... and then the end of the month headed to Indianapolis
for 2 weeks..that is the big project execution.... once that is done....
I will be here for a while.... and things will slow... BUT now that I am refocused
I am excited to get it done !!

So ....... that is all that is up with me....... I will come around and read
ya'lls journals as I can.......

Do you know how much i love pancakes and hashbrowns!!! Those are def cheat worthy foods. Glad to see your back on track! Hope you enjoyed yourself. To be a better me....
to Fit in more with normal life..
to fit in airplane seats..
to be Superman one day...
to let the girl I am courting to really see my dedication to me....to be better.
to feel better both physically and mentally..
to be more self confident
to be around long time for my kids and any future kids.
to feel the sense of accomplishment....
to have the challenge of keeping it off...
to have people say... "wow you lost weight"
to fit into my older..."normal" clothes.
to sleep better at night...
to not ache at times with the extra weight...
to feel free of the anchor I feel I carry.....
to be open to all things........
to love.......with ALL of me.
