Hey Everyone....today is....Wednesday...... humpday...midweek... the crest of the
week... time flies..!! I see since my last post I have have my favorite visitors... ...ok..you ALL are my favorite visitors..and THANK you all for coming by.... My Trip to Kansas has been good for what I needed it to be.... just now work it all in to a good plan and take it home today ...present it on Fri morn to the boss. I have been eating good.. and did 90 min work out on Monday.... Tues I did 45 min on the Ellip here in the Hotel and some push up sets and crunches on the bed...haha...All the while shoulda been working but watched Biggest loser..... See ya Laura ! I couldnt sleep a lot last night.... Hmmmmmm....I been thinking a lot lately..... I know it is not the routine I been in.. but it is something in my life now that has captured me... caught my eye.. something I feel so strong about and care about...that I am becoming a better person because of it...and wanting to really show that about myself... I continue to feel this stronger each day. Will let me do some reply posts here to the ones who dropped by since i last posted.. I will get to all your pages soon...I promise. Quote:

some months I dont go anywhere...and then the next I might have to go for 2 weeks.. it just depends...and really...I think I have conquered how to ge this thing when I am gone...no more excuses !!! Well..not Every Walmart has them...I know of 3 Walmarts in a 15 mile radius of where I live and only 2 carry them.. ( did you look by the deli area ? buy the hawaiian bread.?? or ask the deli people.. they are SO worth it.. I think it also depends on the culture of the demographics too... I know there is the 2 WM close to me... in the middle... one area is 65% Hispanic and they have them there.. the other one is in Missiouri City.. ( Ask Chantyl she is from and has fam there ) but...if she is reading this...I think that that area is maybe...60-65% African American and they dont have them there.... Now...up in Sugar Land... where there is a huge population of Indian (eastern Indian )not native american like up there where you live... is like... 40%... so they also have it there... Me......... haha I go everywhere.... I go to all 3..... same stores...same prices.. just some things are different to buy. Quote:
