Today is a good day!!!! Beginning of 6th day on JUDDD and feeling fine. I woke up to 210.6, a .4 loss after an UD!!! I will take it.

Day 7 of JUDDD... [b] 209.[\b]. I saw 207.8 the first time I got on.... Did the oh my 2nd weigh nd it was 209. I will take it, I would have been happy if it would have stayed at 207 though.
Having a bit of a lazy day today. Going to make some taco soup for lunch and roast for dinner. |

Melanie. Yes but only 3.6 are JUDDD lbs in my week of being on it. Bfast was 3 pancakes.(170) With 2 tbsp peanut butter (190) yes we put pb on our pancakes. always have. And syrup (200). Coffee with half and half. (35). Lunch taco soup. One cup serving = (300) calories. 3 pretzel crisps (30) Dinner will be roast and corn and maybe a piece of bread and butter and applesauce. Roast 4 oz. (176) 1 cup canned corn. (100) |

So I have to say I had to really work to get in my calories for today.
Bfast was 3 4 inch pancakes.(170) With 2 tbsp peanut butter (190) yes we put pb on our pancakes. always have. And syrup (200). Coffee with half and half. (35). Lunch taco soup. (100) 1/2 cup applesauce (110) 2 pieces of wheat bread with butter. (240) Cup of skim milk (110) 1/2 cup cookies and cream ice cream (110)I would have had more if we would have had more. With chic syrup (100) Ice cream sandwich (100) 1 tbsp peanut butter (95) 2066 whew. |

Melanie you are doing awesome. How do you like counting your calories? I am reading more about JUDDD/LC and seeing how others do it. I have a hard time just counting carbs let alone calories.
I must admit though through the years I have been tempted to give this a whirl and if I mess it up I could always go back to counting carbs. ![]() Just wanted you to know that you are doing great on this WOE! |

Amber. It's Delish. I'm not sure how far it goes for sure...but I know my grandma started it with her kids and then my mom did it and now me and the girls do it.
Magie. So far so good. At first I thought I would have the biggest problem with the counting calories but so far it hasn't been bad. If I can't find the calories I go to a tracker and look it up or search in google. Usually I can find it. I figured I would try it for a month and go from there. CeeCee. Thanks. I'm sure trying. Here's the plan for today.
Coffee with 2 tbsp half and half (35) Protein shake. (160) 4 oz of roast beef (176) 2 cups of lettuce. (16) 2 tbsp of Italian dressing (60) Maybe some cheese on salad and a green pepper. Maybe some celery at 12 calories for a whole stock. DH decided to give it a try with me for 5 weeks. We were just talking about it yesterday and he decided. So today we are doing a DD together so we are on the same rotation. The booger gets 2792 on UD and 598 on DD but he is going to try for 500 to start. |

3 weeks in and I have lost 11.6 lbs. I'm really liking the flexibility of JUDDD.
Yesterday was a little hard. It was an up day and I had a good bit of calories still after breakfast. We went to a luncheon yesterday. I wasn't sure of the calories until I could get back home and check it out on a tracker but I made good decisions. Ended up having a good UD. DH however had a terrible UD and it ended up being an UUAD. I'm hoping he will get the hang of things and portion control or this won't work for him. I tried to caution him but he just wasn't listening. Danielle. So far I'm not so sure. I'm glad hubby is taking a chance with me. Amber. Thinks for the advice. I will definitely try that. ![]() Magie and CeeCee. No soap here. Lol. |

Geez Louise.
Yesterday was a good DD. I stayed under my calories but didn't drink enough water. Today I am chugging the water. The scale didn't move this morning and I was a little disappointed.... But I got over that fast. I need to be happy for how much I has lost so far and enjoy the journey. I ran into two colleagues last night that I hadn't see in awhile and they both couldn't believe how much weight I had lost. I wore that brown print dress last night with tights boots and sweater. I have had an ache in my upper back for the past couple days. I don't know what's wrong. If I pulled a muscle or what....but it hurts to breathe sometimes. I took some ibuprofen today hoping it will go away. Otherwise I will be going to the dr soon if it does not get better. |
