Hello my dear friends!!! I can't believe its been so long that I have been here. I have been so busy with life that I just haven't been online as much. DS5 is doing great in kindergarten and we are all adjusting to our routines.
I haven't been low carb for about a month. I am watching what I eat though and not eating tons of crap. I am throwing around the idea of weight watches for these last 30 lbs. I did well on weight watchers when I did it and I like the program for the variety of the foods. Or may just do lowcarb more but bring in more foods. So as of now I am not losing any weight. Just maintaining what I have lost and trying to see where I am going next.

Mel - good job maintaining. That's fantastic that you're finding success with that, even with added carbs. Maybe give your body another week or two and restart lc one more time and then after two weeks, start climbing the carb rungs. You'll prob get a nice whoosh since you've been eating carbs. I also like juddd, if you want to watch cals more.

Hi Melanie!
Glad to hear that things are going well for you! I think it's good to shake things up a little with weight loss/maintaining methods. Weight Watchers sounds like a good thing from what I have heard about it. I know personally that adding in a few carbs, especially early in the day, has helped me break my stall that I had for about 6-8 weeks. Good luck to you with whatever path you choose. I feel like maintainence is as hard if not harder than the losing itself. YOU HAVE TO KEEP IT UP!!
i like the WW idea. I'm alot happier with my low calorie exercise routine that i've been doing this last few months, i'm seeing losses every week and not feeling in the least bit deprived. I'm not doing WW, just using a tracker on my phone and tracking everything that passes my lips and using exercise to help the process along
