Wishing I see it this week!!!! I never weigh mid day but yesterday I did before I jumped in the shower and I saw 188.6 a few times but it ended up staying on 190.
Had a good day today and a good eating day as well. B: egg and coffee with heavy cream, davinci caramel syrup and a little splenda L: veggies and dip D: Beef roast S: LC treat |

I didn't make my goal by today.... but I know that staying the course I will see it this week!!!

 Thank you all!!!! Every day it gets more surreal. To think about how far I have come in just 8 months is crazy!!!! I feel so good!!! Caught myself in a full length mirror today and didn't recognize myself. I tried on a sweatshirt that used to barely fit and now is big on me!!!! I have a huge box full of clothes that doesn't fit anymore and a closet full that needs gone through again. I probably have maybe 6 things that currently fit. Thank goodness my sister moved this week and while packing up put together a bag full of clothes for me!!!! WOO HOO!!! Can't wait to see what fits. She has great taste just like her sister!!!! Heading to my sisters tomorrow for a few days. Will try and get on when I can. |

Pack up the clothes and get rid of them, then you have no excuse to grow back into them, it is so liberating getting rid of all that stuff the guy at Goodwill thought someone died, I said no just my fat self, LOL Have fun at sis's! Hopefully she will have some good stuff for you!

188.8 Visit is going well. Amber* cant wait to get them all boxed and gone. Im sure its liberating! Zipp* I will work on some new ones but if u scan through my journal I have taken pics along the way. Thank u all so much. I am amazed every day and as I keep getting lower and lower it seems so surreal. my sisters friend saw me yesterday and just couldnt believe it. She saw picture of dh as well and said he looks like a new person. Well its hard to update on my phone so thats it for now. |
